The team at Kilowatt is lovely. They had two people come out to do hvac maintenance on a unit they did not install and were super thorough about making sure we knew what they were going to do. Their prices were comparable to the other quotes we received, and we'll definitely be calling them again in the future.

Kilowatt rewired my entire house years ago. They were professional, on time, did a good job. I haven't had any issues with the work at all.

I live in Sherman Oaks. I needed a new a/c and heater unit. Vern came out and met with me and spent a great deal of time going over my options. He was knowledgeable and patient with all my questions. My instillation crew was, Joe, Armando, Jose, Geo and Hector.. The ladies answering the phones and doing scheduling were A-Plus. Jessica, Val, and Ana were quite helpful.. Vern stayed involved from day one through the final city inspection. I could be no happier. I am high maintenance and very picky. They are the BEST!

Dean, the owner of Kilowatt, is a really upstanding person. I was feeling helpless after hiring a different company to install a heater that didn't work properly. The company was adamant that the unit was working as intended. I called Dean just asking if he could diagnose my HVAC symptoms over the phone. He told me it was way too big for the size of my small North Hollywood house, and he even called the owner of the other company to push things along. I was totally impressed with the service and consultation I received from Kilowatt. They came to my house promptly after I called and gave me their straight forward, professional and honest opinion of what the problem was. I couldn't have asked for better customer service. Great service. Installed wall gas heater for an old apartment. They patched the wall where they had to cut to install parts. When the pilot light was running too loudly, they returned the next day to resolve issue to my satisfaction. They showed that they really work hard to please the customer.

We recently used Kilowatt for a new HVAC system and had a great experience! Our system was over 50 years old, and Dean was able to recommend a new unit that more effectively heats/cools our tri-level home. He and his team are very professional and kind. They were able to complete the job in a single day, and I particularly appreciated how they cleaned up after themselves as well. You could not go wrong with them!

I had an issue with my heater in 2020 and Kilowatt was extremely helpful and responsive. My heater has been working wonderfully since then. I recommended Kilowatt to my mom who lives in Sherman Oaks and she had a similar great experience. The owner Dean called her back early on a weekend because she was having a heating emergency. He spent time answering all her questions and was very thorough. I'd highly recommend Kilowatt!

They replaced my HVAC unit a few years ago and did very good work for a reasonable price. They do my maintenance now and are always very responsive.
