I've had my system for about 12 years. Byron came out today to do my 6 month maintenance. He was very thorough in his check up and assessment of my system. He also took pictures of my roof (unasked) to show me how it's doing which was very helpful!

I had the crew at Kilowatt put in a new hvac system in my home some years ago. It was a pleasure doing business with them then and since that time they also do the routine maintenance. Every time the service person has been prompt, friendly and efficient. Yesterday Tommy came out to do the service which had not been done in a while. He did his stuff, answered my questions and was done in a jiffy. Would recommend him and the company for sure.

Annual serving done by Geo. He was excellent. Quietly got the job done. Answered my questions completely. Good straight answers without pressure or sales pitches. Very considerate of the house.

Just an update. We had our new AC and furnace installed four years ago. Kilowatt was very friendly and service oriented. The job was painless. The system has been providing us with terrific heat and cold when needed. We have a maintenance contract and Killowatt is great about reminding us every six months when we are scheduled for filter cleaning, etc. Very very happy.

Gus was amazing. He spent the time needed to thoroughly inspect my HVAC unit and fortunately found no issues. I highly recommend Kilowatt Heating and Air for anybody looking for general maintenance on a consult for a new unit. I've been a client for many years and truly feel fortunate the amount of care they give me and my family when it comes to heating and air. On a side note, it's always nice when a technician comes in your house wearing protective booties. That's a plus for me

I used Kilowatt once before and they were great so when an issue with my mini splitter came up, I gave them a call. Jessica was awesome - she was very honest with my situation - she said they do not typically do service calls for my brand of splitter but said she would send a technician out to take a look since I was a returning customer. She said that if they could not diagnose and help with the issue, they would not charge me for the visit. My furnace stopped working suddenly, no heat, it's cold and rainy. Kilowatt was recommended to me by a neighbor. When I told them I was a senior they were here the same day, got the part they needed as fast as possible and fixed everything immediately. They're fair and reasonable and the nicest people to deal with. They went way out of their way to help me I'm so grateful they went out of their way to take care of this so fast, I can't recommend them highly enough!

I had to get a new furnace. I had man from another company come out. It seems for the past four months . We were getting carbon monoxide fumes and we were not aware of it. So I got on the net and had three offers. I check license . Everything. Dean came out looked at my furnace. Then he called me outside. It seems my roof vent over my furnace looked burnt.
