Totally professional, totally unflappable and moved mountains to accommodate last minute emergency and saved our nighttime sleep in a heat wave! Kudos to Anna and Jessica especially. Also the president dean for setting the tone of caring and professionalism and competence. Francis and Tommy couldn't have been more professional and fabulous on site. 5 stars!

Our air conditioner totally flaked out end of last summer. I knew many rules have changed and thus realized we needed a new system to be current with the rules - and I even hoped the new system would be more energy efficient. Kilowatt HVAC installed the new system in one day! They cleaned up the mess on our driveway too! I was so lucky to find them! Our 40 year old a/c unit finally died. Kilowatt was recommended by a friend. The owner came and presented and explained all options with the pros and cons. The entire system was installed in one day as promised by 6 technicians. Everyone was very courteous, neat and cleaned up completely. We are very happy with our new HVAC system.

Dean and the staff at Kilowatt Heating and Air Conditioning recently installed a heat pump, compressor, attic ductwork and registers, replacing our old gas furnace and ground level ducts. They were very knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. When we first contacted them, we were concerned that our nearly 100 year old house might be a challenge. I called Kilowatt on a Sunday, because all of the appliances in my kitchen had gone out. The circuit breaker switch was not staying in place, and I thought it needed to be replaced. I left a message for a call back. The owner Dean returned my call and told me how to fix it over the phone. Great customer service, responsive, show up on time, great at keeping the house clean, explain everything in a clear manner, and very professional. They installed our rooftop HVAC unit a couple of years ago, and offer a maintenance program to keep the warranty going and the unit working. The price they offered for replacing the rooftop HVAC unit was well within the ballpark of other companies. Definitely recommended!
