Respect for this company and both Francis and Valerie for their professionalism. Francis was super thorough with his inspection of my dead a/c unit. He checked the entirety of the house and explained his inspection and cause of the problem in detail. Valerie scheduled and communicated the appointment well. Totally refreshing! Thank you.

LOOK NO FURTHER -Kilowatt is the best HVAC Contractor for all your air conditioning and heating needs. Dean (the owner) is very knowledgeable, personable and highly experienced. Totally professional, totally unflappable and moved mountains to accommodate last minute emergency and saved our nighttime sleep in a heat wave! Kudos to Anna and Jessica especially. Our air conditioner totally flaked out end of last summer. I knew many rules have changed and thus realized we needed a new system to be current with the rules - and I even hoped the new system would be more energy efficient. Kilowatt HVAC installed the new system in one day! They cleaned up the mess on our driveway too! I was so lucky to find them!
