Do better The bed had hair that was not ours getting there and front desk does not answer. There was no online notice of then doing a.c cleaning during guest stay and entered my room to remove the a.c and bothered my stay. I tell the staff about this issue a d they only offered condolences and that it was posted at the hotel, if I knew on the website I would have not booked my stay. I’ll never go back very dirty, bad plumbing in bathroom, they gave no notice to the guest about a/c heating units being removed from your room to be cleaned and my door had a DONOT DISTURB sing on it. nothing
