Very nasty and filthy The room was nasty blood on the spread. Refrigerator was nasty not cleaned out. They said they didn't have any additional bedding. We had to request to move rooms. The second room was not as dirty but we had to make it work for the one night. The toilet was backing up when you flushed had to wait on it to go down. uncomfortable the door to the room looked like someone kicked try he door in and didn't close properly. the place had a dinge to it and a horrible smell

I’ve stayed there before and the tub has needed work! A good scrub wouldn’t hurt! Otherwise outstand I didn’t like the bath tub. It was stained with hair and Mr Clean is needed for sure! Breakfast could use some bacon. It was good food and Rosie went out here her to get what we needed. Outstanding service!

The reviews tell the whole story, think twice before booking There was a musty odor in the hallway on the 2nd floor. The bathroom was not thoroughly cleaned, the floor beneath the toilet did not seem to be stable because the toilet would move when sitting on it; the shower curtain would not close completely. The door handle on the outside of the bathroom was broken off and the handle on the inside would not lock (maybe that was a good thing being that the outside handle was broken). Enjoyed my time overall with family, but the facility needs several removations and would be better off tearing it down The first room they put us in had a leak in the ceiling of the bathroom, a stain on bedsheets, and cracks in the floor. The new room still had a stains on the bed, a dead roach and ladybug in the tub, and a broken microwave. Money Wasted. Not satisfied. Will not come back. This property is very raggedy. Just throw the entire building away because it’s straight garbage. They might as well rebuild instead of them trying to patch up everything that’s broken. I dislike everything about my stay here. As soon as I seen my room I wanted to cancel but I didn’t want to lose my money. My brother in law seen a roach in their room. The roach was flexing how much authority he had in that room. Absolutely nothing. Let me correct that I enjoyed the coffee.

Attentive, friendly staff but hotel needs upgrades-even for a pet friendly hotel! Need pest control- roach, bugs seen with lights on; cigarette burn on comforter, furniture is neglected and torn up. Just because this a pet friendly hotel doesn’t mean it should be assumed all animal lovers would accept bad conditions. We are still paying for a clean, well kept, room. I was changed to a suite and like the extra room for me and my kitty.

muy malo la cama era muy incomoda, pedí cambio de habitación y me dijeron que todas las camas estaban igual así que no creo que tengan alguna cama cómoda, el desayuno era un asco, una persona tiro una cuchara al piso con la que se servía el huevo, le pedí al personal que estaba cerca que la cambiaran y Nadamas me di la vuelta y la volvió a poner no puso una limpia No me gusto nada

VERY DISAPPOINTING WE HAD LOOKED SO FORWARD TO THIS STAY, OUR 50TH WEDDING ANNIVERSARY. THE ROOM WAS HIDIOUS, SMELLED, LEAKING FAUCETS, FLOOR WAS ALL BROKEN UP AND FELT LIKE WAS GONNA FALL THROUGH, ROACHES CRAWLING ALL OVER OUR STUFF, PILLOWS WERE DAMP, WE STAYED 2 HOURS AND DECIDED TO GO HOME.
