Horrible commotion fights drugs roaches stains on beddings leaks holes in the wall violence outside great staff

Really bad experience. Sitting in bed watching tv and noticed bed bugs crawling right next to me. I Got up to a inspection and they were under my bed pillows and under my mattress. I had to leave in the middle of the night. I've never discovered this problem at this location but I don't think I would ever stay there again. I really hate that I had a bad experience because I really liked this place. The staff is always nice and the location of the hotel is great.

Bad I paid almost 1500$ for 2 weeks and the housekeepers refused to clean my room change my sheets didn't give me no towels or toilet paper or trash bags nothing I had 2 kids with me and a dog that I kept in the cage while I was gone so I could get house keeping and nothing was done about it

Ragadey Room Our room was hot because the hot water in the shower wouldn't stop running and the floor was falling apart. The clerk did everything not to accommodate me. I paid for a suite, he downgraded us to a regular queen room, didn't offer to knock anything off and didn't want to change rooms. That room made a loud noise everytime u cut the lights on. I was too done. I will not go back to this place! I really wanted my money back! The location was great.

Very nasty and filthy The room was nasty blood on the spread. Refrigerator was nasty not cleaned out. They said they didn't have any additional bedding. We had to request to move rooms. The second room was not as dirty but we had to make it work for the one night. The toilet was backing up when you flushed had to wait on it to go down. Breakfast was very minimal compared to other hotels we have stayed. for what we paid this was a rip off very disappointing. uncomfortable the door to the room looked like someone kicked try he door in and didn't close properly. the place had a dinge to it and a horrible smell

I’ve stayed there before and the tub has needed work! A good scrub wouldn’t hurt! Otherwise outstand I didn’t like the bath tub. It was stained with hair and Mr Clean is needed for sure! Breakfast could use some bacon. It was good food and Rosie went out here her to get what we needed. Outstanding service!
