Don't waste your money!!!! We had 3 different rooms. All of them smelled musty- had proof of animals having been in the rooms (chewed up furniture & wall trim), cigarette burns in the comforters, and dirty walls/ceilings. We ended up buying air freshener and leaving 30 mins after checking in. Unfortunately, they wouldn't give us a refund so we told them to use the $300 and start fixing up rooms. I will NEVER use LaQuinta Mesquite again door handles were way to loose for comfort. each room just had a dirty feel to it, I had 3. there were leaks in the ceiling. Sheetrock was bubbly, from leaking. tape holding tables together. I wish I took photos to show the web. the location was not bad. directly across from Walmart
