La Quinta Mesquite Texas It was dirty and old. The curtains were moldy amd torn and the flooring was coming up. The shower was old and basically caulked together and there was a large piece of the light fixture broken and on the floor. The beds were comfortable and breakfast was good.
Need some work done in the hotel The smell on the floor The 2nd floor reaped of doh smell.. and the bathroom needs work.

filthy we did not stay the night and did not get a refund the room was filthy and the hotel was ran down nothing the property was filthy and the desk clerk was rude we did not stay after seeing the room and did not get a refund

Disappointing the sheets were disgusting & people across the hallway were fighting each other really loud early in the morning woke us up

Keep n mind I have 3 kids, THEY gave me wrong room bc THEY Overbooked double queen bed rooms 2nd floor definitely needs some work done. When you walk in to the hotel the first floor looks decent but once you enter the elevator it’s dirty in there then you get to second floor and get this humid bad odor. Dirty carpet smell.. Breakfast was very good. Had a large variety and cafeteria workers were super sweet and helpful.

Don't waste your money!!!! We had 3 different rooms. All of them smelled musty- had proof of animals having been in the rooms (chewed up furniture & wall trim), cigarette burns in the comforters, and dirty walls/ceilings. We ended up buying air freshener and leaving 30 mins after checking in. Unfortunately, they wouldn't give us a refund so we told them to use the $300 and start fixing up rooms.
