I had to get another hotel at 4:30 in the MORNING it was THAT BAD!!!! I didn't like that we had to get several keys made. The TV in the room didn't work nor did the remote have batteries. The front desk night clerk was not very helpful or attentive. The whole second floor smelt like mold and smoke. The comforter had purple foot print stains on it and wasn't clean. Disappointing there was a roach in our room dude in the desk
Poor I stayed here once previously when we were having some remodeling done and we stayed on the bottom floor, the room was pretty decent so I felt surprised by this stay. Honestly, it was just gross in the room. The bathroom smelled like bleach so I at least got the sense that it was somewhat cleaned but there was definitely mold in the bathroom and the place just looks beat up. Really bad experience. Sitting in bed watching tv and noticed bed bugs crawling right next to me. I Got up to a inspection and they were under my bed pillows and under my mattress. I had to leave in the middle of the night. I've never discovered this problem at this location but I don't think I would ever stay there again. I really hate that I had a bad experience because I really liked this place. The staff is always nice and the location of the hotel is great.
