Not happy at all. Desk attendant did the best he could but proper servicing staff were never available to service our co bedding/comforter/pillowcases were not clean and looked to have fresh stains on them. Phone in the rooms did not work. They never provided us enough towels and service to correct issues was touching on nonexistent. location was close to pretty much everything we needed.

Very Poor we’ll I didn’t like it smelled like cigarette’s & also the elevator smelled too when I got into room the bed sheets were stained & the remote didn’t work & also the toilet was dirty & stain & the shower curtain was sliding down & wetting the floor I almost fell down. Really nothing sorry and it’s a shame cause this was my first time visiting Dallas I thought I was gonna have a happy stay

we didn’t stay in the room we left and went to the garland location it was nasty and the room was covered in black mold a 4 ft area of the roof was cut out and the jacuzzi didn’t work and that’s what I booked the room for nothing we ended up going to a different hotel

Fair it was dirty from the time you pulled up in the parking lot! Trash & beer bottles were in the bushes! check in was smooth soon as we got in the Elevator it was so dirty & smelly! look as though it hasn’t been wiped down in weeks. we got off the elevator it was bags of trash all in the hallways beside the doors!
