Disappointed I didn’t want to stay at LaQuinta so I chose Ramada online…turns out it was the old LaQuinta! The outside was painted but the rooms were still in bad shape. Mold in the bathroom and old dirty shower. Disappointed.
I asked for clean towels and was told they are all dirty so i had to wait until the next day ..
The staff are kind and accommodating , however this hotel has potential but needs a modern renovation. We be good for 70 per night tax included.
I won't come again, the room was too noisy, people talking next door seemed to be laughing in the room, it's not clean, the rooms smell, definitely a negative
The bath tub floor needs to be cleaned more..it has dirty stains in it..
I checked in on December 31. I called you complaining about t h e stay. You cancelled the reservation and then booked us at the hampto inn in persimonee. The ramada charged me 594 because you didnt cancel the reservation at the ramada. Please refund the $490 overcharge at the ramada inn
Room is dirty, room service is poor. Even not toilet paper and shower gel / shampoo.
Supper dirty, they never cleaned the room I had to ask for towels paper and did not have would to stay again and not recommend
