Dirty hallways,dirty room ,and dirty bed , refused service and refund by staff

The front desk ladies were pleasant. Hallways are very dark and man next to our room was screaming and cursing loudly. The armchair was ripped. Bed was made nicely, lamp was broken and old. All of the doors walking down the hallway looked so dirty. I left as soon as i checked in.

Had a better expectation with Ramada I’ve stayed at Ramada multiple times and never had this experience My trip was wonderful to New York but the stay was terrible Never going back to Ramada again
