Hotel needs some serious renovations Let's start this off by saying we are by no means luxury travellers. We tend to find lower end range rooms so we're accustom to fairly lower end hotels. We stayed here for one night while on our way back home from a NYC trip. This hotel has a great price point and offers breakfast which is always a bonus. It’s a very dirty and unsafe place

Awful. Room keys didn't work. Tv didn't work. No security . Staff gave no information and mocked me as i asked for working room key the 5th time. Some seem to be living there. Dark hallways with flickering lights seem to be scene from horror movie. No reason to stay here. .
Not clean mats have awful smell

There was pesticide in puddles on the floor, the room phone did not work, and the bath mat was soaked. We had to go to the front desk 3 times for assistance in a 24 hour period. The first time I went to let them know there were puddles of water on the floor. I thought it was condensation. And to let them know the phone didn't work. I just didn't want to be charged for damages I didn't do. The second time was to get a dry bath mat. The manager then came down and checked things out. He said it was pesticides. This hotel is not a Ramada, it is La Quinta hotel. Very dirty hotel, RATs are everywhere, they are jumping one room to another rooms, this is health concern, city should not give them permission to operate like this. Do not stay in this hotel
The front desk doesn't no how to operate and activate key. I have to circle to front desk and room to get door open. And they doesn't have water dispenser or ice vending machine. The lift is stinky and smells a lot. The carpets dirty

There was a mouse in our room that we saw in the middle of the night. We were given another room but when we addressed the situation in the morning we were told the manager was not there. We did not get a follow up or apology of any kind. It is disappointing that they don’t take this health and safety issue seriously.
