5 stars for their selection on light fixtures. Brought my mom here because she wanted a chandelier for her hacienda in Michoacan Mexico. She found what she wanted at a good price too.

Went in looking a for a mirror for my bathroom (yes, they sell more than lamps!). Had a lovely experience with an employee showing me all of my options and also taking an interest in my small project. I was a satisfied customer and will return to see what other knick knacks I can find.

I stopped by today to see if I could get a part for a lamp that I had purchased three years ago from this store. Tre'von Dennis greeted me when I walked in. I explained to him my dilemma, and he offered me a great solution to my problem. He is a tremendous asset to the store. And I will continue to Bring my business to this store.

I want to rave about the service I received from Shirley Johnson. She patiently educated me about the difference between integrated external LED lighting and using LED bulbs related to the new California law and took the time to show me different models and explain nuances about important details. She listened, was extremely pleasant and helpful. Ask for Shirley when you visit the Torrance store, you won't be disappointed!

I'm writing this review because the excellent customer service from Trevon and Shirley at this store, is the best I've received in a while anywhere. I needed to determine if I could replace one blade and iron on a Casa V ceiling fan. Shirley consulted with someone in the back and assured me that I did not need to spend more than $27 for the replacement part! Wonderful. She was kind and on my side. The part arrived within 2 days. If you are looking for replacement shades this is the place to go! One stop shopping. You don't have to look any further! Brought two lamps in and was able to find the right shade for each one. Sales staff is super helpful in trying on different shades. Took their time and found exactly what I was looking for. Very happy!

My boyfriend and I have been in this store about 3 times now, and Angela has helped us out each time. I felt so touched that she remembered our names even though it had been a month between our first and second visit. She goes above and beyond to help you make selections when we had no real plan on what style we were going for. We ended up buying 2 fans, a chandelier, and an entryway light through Angela and she helped us make decisions on each. This is the place to get lamps. We had a power surge and lost some of our electrical items, our entryway lamp among them. This has a HUGE selection, from antique looking to modern, modest to crystal chandeliers, and the staff was all friendly and helpful.

100% happy with my purchase! Customer service was outstanding! Angela helped us out. I couldn't decide between two chandeliers. Angela was so patient and had great advice and pointers. She suggested I take into account my ceiling height, the size of my dining room (which is where the chandelier went) and the size of my table. Thank you Angela for all your help!
