I had an exceptional experience in purchasing my arch lamp from Bambi and with Randy when I had less 1 screw and 1 washer than in the diagram. Randy ordered another set and when those didn't match he asked me to bring it in and they were able to assemble it. They found where one of the screws was already installed and saw that it didn't need one of the washers. The outstanding part was that he followed up when he said he would and gave me a realistic timeline. Thank you again!

Just had great experience with Andrew B. at Lamps Plus in Torrance. We had a lost fan remote and he was able to quickly and knowledgeably able to provide a replacement as well as advice on setting for our celling fan. Our MinkaAire ceiling fan (purchased at Lamps Plus) has been great -- and so was Andrew!

Located on the corner of Hawthorne and 190th in Torrance. There is only one way to enter and exit which is off 190th. Came here for light bulbs for our chandelier in the dining room since almost all places are mainly selling LEDs it getting tougher to find non LED bulbs. Luckily they had a few left here. The lady who helped me was great she was able to find what I was looking for with limited info since I only had the package of the bulbs which was from a few years ago so of course it was outdated. I was warmly greeted by Bambi who I later learned was the Manager. She was extremely helpful. Her suggestions were definitely taken into consideration. As I continued to browse the store on my own I was greeted by Heidi. As I was staring at a bathroom light fixture it seemed that she was reading my mind. She spent a good amount of time with me. She was able to find just what I wanted. I left the store very pleased and excited. A huge thank you to these ladies for their professionalism and personalized assistance.

After contacting Customer Service, the store manager Mr. Zuazo, reached out to me within a couple of days after my complaint. After our discussion related to my issue, he gave me money to cover my electricians standing fee for waiting for me to return my first fan I purchased and return with the new one. I am very satisfied with the solution, and the managers focus to make things right for me. Thanks so much!!

Incredibly knowledgeable/helpful staff. Heidi Fernandez helped me understand how the right fan can make a massive impact on my non-air conditioned house!!!! I went back to her for two more fans directly after! Who knew?!?! Heidi did. I am grateful. Installation was a breeze and the customer service has been excellent post install. Highly recommend!

I am more than satisfied with my experience at this store. I found a beautiful floor lamp and was fortunate that Meneleck was around to help me out. He answered all of my questions diligently and was extremely patient in helping me select the right light bulbs for my lamp. Thank you Meneleck!

I want to recognize Heidi Fernandez, an employee of this location who went above and beyond her responsibilities. I cannot say enough amazing things about her skills and abilities. My husband and I went to look for lamps at the Lamps Plus and met Heidi. After talking to her for a long time and realizing we really needed some expert advice, she offered to do an in home consult (pre- Covid) as we were "challenged" in knowing how to best select the right lighting for multiple rooms.
