Alexander H. wrapped 2 floor sample lamps AND found shades and boxes styles. Helped my husband to put them to the car. SERVICE SERVICE SERVICE. With sincere smiles. 4 lamps in less than 40 minutes. My husband and I had an excellent experience purchasing a new chandelier at the Torrance Store. Our Lighting Associate, Anna Trejo was so knowledgeable in helping us find the right size and style we were looking for. She also arranged for an electrician to come and install the fixture for us, Sam did a great job. I would highly recommend this store and Lighting Associate, Anna.

I had very specific lighting needs, and a big thank you to Customer Service Representative Angela Ray, and Paul K. Their knowledge and expertise on lighting products, i.e., wall controls, remotes, receivers, etc. helped me choose a ceiling light fan. I recommend you ask for "Angela Ray" at Lamps Plus in Torrance, especially when you have very specific needs. Paul K. will make sure your light is equipped with everything it needs to operate. Thank you to both of you. You are both the best!

Came in to look for the perfect pendant lights for my island. There's private parking and plenty when you come. We were greeted immediately when we walked in. We were offered water & snacks. I told the salesperson what I wanted & she took us straight to them. She was super informative. She told us which ones we could & couldn't get based on our ceiling. We were out in 20 minutes. Our lights to be shipped in two days to us. We also have 60 days return back policy. I'm happy.

I've been buying both inside and outdoor lamps and lights here for about 15 years. Always attentive staff and run by a quality manager. Looking forward to another 15+ years of style updates and lighting needs.

Staff here are very nice and friendly. They have a good selection of contemporary and modern looking ceiling lamps (unlike places like Home Depot, Lowes, etc). The prices are okay, no real good discounts. Biggest negative is the installation process because you have to go to the store and get the light fixture yourself then the person will come install it. Also when the electrician came to our house he tried to charge us $60 extra as a "dressing charge" (to set up the individual crystals in the light fixture). Why wasn't tha... read more

This store lights-up my world .. No doubt... Moving to a new location .. And in need of a Chandelier... Guess you know: Lamps Plus hooked me up again... Found a gorgeous chandelier... Thanks Lamps Plus for always making my day... You are the BEST!!!

I don't remember the name of the lady who helped me, but she was so attentive and friendly. I had a specific lamp style I had in mind and she took the time to show me every single option they carried. She compared and contrasted different lamps and even taught me about various types of lightbulbs. Love when people are knowledgeable and interested in what they do! It took so much stress out of my home shopping!

A good source to go for light fixtures if you can't find what you're looking for at the big box stores. However, they tend to be a bit pricey. They have a big selection at the store and online. We have bought several light fixtures, online and directly from the store and have always had a great customer service experience.
