Lighting consultant Vinnie was soon helpful. We enjoy walking around the store. We found the one we had been looking for a few month. Love this place.
We love lamps plus!! Not only do they have lamps but they have so much home stuff! We bought a few mirror trays and a lamp. But I could have bought the whole place! Service was excellent!
I went into the store to purchase track lights. Unfortunately, I forgot and left my wallet. The store manger sent me an email to notify me that they had my wallet and would secure it in their safe until I could claim it. Needless to say, I am very grateful. This is a review for Lamps Plus' Installation, as well as Lamps Plus (retail store). Lamps Plus' Installation (electricians Harout and Ed) were amazing and fantastic. They installed a chandelier in the kitchen as well as a light in a closet. They were one of the most nice and courteous people I've ever met!! We purchased all the light fixtures for our house from this store and Robert Helverson has been our man from the first time we stepped into this shop. He is very professional and has exceeded our expectations. We will definitely be coming back here for all our future needs.
Looked online to narrow our ceiling fan choices and then headed over to the store to see it in action. Angela R. at the Torrance store was friendly, knowledgeable and great sense of humor. We're very happy with the fan choice and the service!

Ask for Newton and you will be happy. He is a funny guy who is very helpful. I think the customers who expect to get help as soon as they walk in there in a busy day, and expect to hog one sales person's time is unreasonable. We had to wait a few minutes here and there because customers would constantly interrupt our sales man when they are clearly with customers, i don't know if they need more sales people...but the place has so many options and they help you out with ideas to install your lights. We purchased a chandelier almost a year ago that suddenly stopped working. I had both white lights and a rotating color design. I dealt with Paul who determined that an electrical component had failed. He was able to find a replacement chandelier in Texas that he had shipped to us at no charge. The customer service at this store and the one year complete warranty are exemplary. There is no question we will continue to use Lamps Plus.
