I was visiting from the Bay Area and looking at chandeliers for my bedroom. Chris was my sales person. She was awesome I found a chandelier on clearance and needed another one for my project. Chris went to the back found a store that had another one. Thank goodness the store was in the Bay Area. She had a helper wrap up the floor model and I was out of the store in no time. Thank you Chris for the awesome service.

Great selection. Christmas sale was great. Just be sure to verify that your bulbs work with your fixture. I ran into an issue and had to return. That said, Jodi the manager was very helpful and did me a solid on the new bulbs.

Where do I start to explain my sincere appreciation for Jodi at Lamps Plus - Torrance. I had literally been looking for sconces for 4 months, but due to restrictions on size, finish, dimension and style, it was no easy feat. Jody helped me by helping me find the perfect fit. For years, I've known that Lamps Plus exists at this location. However, I never had a need to go until now. While remodeling my kitchen and dining area, I have been looking for lights and a ceiling fan. Came here with my mom and we were both overwhelmed. Lights, lights, and more lights!! I have bought 12 ceiling fans from this store because of the service I consistently receive. I have rental properties and need to ensure my tenants receive top quality products. The manager, Jodi Schinnerer, runs a tight ship. I have had a few instances where I felt the deal I was given was not 100% complete. Each time I presented my situation to Jodi, she was empowered to and willing to adjust my concerns.

My porch light failed so I headed to lamps plus. I looked at the choices then went to ask a question. Cris helped me. She answered my questions with no pressure. I told her about my other light and how I thoughtbthe ballast failed. She proactively looked up a replacement part. She didn't see one but said she'd contact the vendor. Then she thought about it more and came to the conclusion there was no ballast but a socket. She went to the back and gave me a free socket. Fantastic service! Wow incredible prices !!! I got the best deals , Tien (sales man) was so awesome !! Very nice , very patient , kind and friendly ; i bought and Dennis Trevon (cashier) he was so amazing , he explained everything with details and clearly , and helped me out to carry my stuff to my car , it was my first time buying in this place and definitely i would come back here !!! I was surprised to hear back from Edward the installation Manager a day after my review. He apologized and assured me that this was atypical of how business is typically run at Lamps Plus. He asked that I give his team a chance to install the recessed lighting. I was really happy he followed up and so said yes. His guys did a fantastic job, very professional.
