For years, I've known that Lamps Plus exists at this location. However, I never had a need to go until now. While remodeling my kitchen and dining area, I have been looking for lights and a ceiling fan. Came here with my mom and we were both overwhelmed. Lights, lights, and more lights!! I have bought 12 ceiling fans from this store because of the service I consistently receive. I have rental properties and need to ensure my tenants receive top quality products. The manager, Jodi Schinnerer, runs a tight ship. I have had a few instances where I felt the deal I was given was not 100% complete. Each time I presented my situation to Jodi, she was empowered to and willing to adjust my concerns.

My porch light failed so I headed to lamps plus. I looked at the choices then went to ask a question. Cris helped me. She answered my questions with no pressure. I told her about my other light and how I thoughtbthe ballast failed. She proactively looked up a replacement part. She didn't see one but said she'd contact the vendor. Then she thought about it more and came to the conclusion there was no ballast but a socket. She went to the back and gave me a free socket. Fantastic service! Wow incredible prices !!! I got the best deals , Tien (sales man) was so awesome !! Very nice , very patient , kind and friendly ; i bought and Dennis Trevon (cashier) he was so amazing , he explained everything with details and clearly , and helped me out to carry my stuff to my car , it was my first time buying in this place and definitely i would come back here !!! Thanks , your guys are super profesionals and apreciatte customers !!! like we deserved

I was surprised to hear back from Edward the installation Manager a day after my review. He apologized and assured me that this was atypical of how business is typically run at Lamps Plus. He asked that I give his team a chance to install the recessed lighting. I was really happy he followed up and so said yes. His guys did a fantastic job, very professional. Great selection of affordable light fixtures and some furniture pieces. Prices are also lower than I expected. Plenty of parking spaces behind the store. Every employe that I came in contact to was extremely helpful. I will be back soon.

I have a few properties and I have remodeled all of them I always get everything that I want from the lamps plus they have a great quality lighting and fixture that is high end contemporary and also very reasonably priced

I recently purchased a Casablanca Stealth ceiling fan. Initially there were issues with the dimming feature. The staff worked with the manufacture & electricians to finally resolve the problem. The staff (Jody, Newman & Rod) provided excellent customer service. Thank you!

This place always seems to have sale on lamps. Went there with my wife and mom. My mom needed to buy a lamp for home and right when we went inside we were greeted by couple sales people. Customer service was awesome. They were there willing to help out in any way they can for us. My mom asked a few questions and they were able to answer every question. The lamp that my mom bought was on sale. We bought the lamp that my mom first looked. The place was great. Lots of different types of lamps to choose from.
