Was dreading the process of getting a replacement fan for a house we just moved into.... Couldn't find it online and saw stock was low in surrounding outlets. Shirley and Bambi made the process an absolute breeze! What I thought was going to be an hours long process they helped handle in 15min... they found stock in another store and set it up to ship right to me in only a couple days. They were super friendly and made it a great overall experience!

Associate Meneleck Krishnan was very helpful. I came w/o hope of finding glass shade for the desk lamp. This young man immediately offered his assistance and while i was walking around the store, he found the shade that fits perfectly and even looks better than the original one. He st up the right bulb, wrapped in a bubble wrap and carried to my car! Wonderful service!

Excellent service. I had bought a light fixture for my kitchen years ago and it was very difficult to replace the lightbulb. I took the fixture back and Marcus and Heidi assembled the fixture for me so I could put it back up by myself.

I had no idea what type of lamp shade to ge for my Mother's lamps. Denice was a joy to work with. Helped me find the perfect shades and just the right light bulb, which was very important for my Mother. Thank you Denice !!!

I had an exceptional experience in purchasing my arch lamp from Bambi and with Randy when I had less 1 screw and 1 washer than in the diagram. Randy ordered another set and when those didn't match he asked me to bring it in and they were able to assemble it. They found where one of the screws was already installed and saw that it didn't need one of the washers. The outstanding part was that he followed up when he said he would and gave me a realistic timeline. Thank you again!

Just had great experience with Andrew B. at Lamps Plus in Torrance. We had a lost fan remote and he was able to quickly and knowledgeably able to provide a replacement as well as advice on setting for our celling fan. Our MinkaAire ceiling fan (purchased at Lamps Plus) has been great -- and so was Andrew!
