It's so easy to order things online that sometimes I just don't even consider going into stores anymore. But after looking for two months (I'm picky) for the right ceiling light, ordering three different potential ones online only to return them, I should have just gone into Lamps Plus. Bambi helped me when I purchased the Skye couch from Lamps Plus. Even though I ended up returning the couch, I wanted to leave a review for Bambi's exceptional customer service. There were some hiccups with the delivery and Bambi went above and beyond to find solutions--she even planned to get two of her employees to come help with the delivery (since there was an issue with the white glove delivery) and was planning to pay them out of her own pocket to help me. Visited this store today to try and find new lamp shades for the two vintage lamps I just bought. We were paired with Mencleck to help us look at the different shades and they were extremely helpful and patient, as we were asking lots of questions and ultimately decided to come back with the lamps to see the shades available with them. I will definitely be returning to this location and would recommend asking for Mencleck if you need help!

I love shopping at this Lamps Plus location! Everyone is super friendly and helpful. So much design inspiration all throughout the store. Everyone who works behind the counter are super helpful when I need light bulbs or when I come in with a return. Recently, I had an interaction with the Manager, Randy Nelson who is a gem. He went over and above to resolve my shipping issue. I tell everyone I know to go to Lamps Plus for lighting and home accessories.

Alicia is amazing! We got all of the lighting that we needed all from one place. It was a great experience, and the deals and selection are incredible. There is a light for every room in the house in every imaginable style. Alicia gave us time to look around before approaching us. I like when the agents give the buyer some time to soak it in. Heidi at Lamps Plus is an Interior Design Consultant and Decorative Lighting Specialist. My mother provided ideas and pictures in effort for decorating advice. We bought this chandelier at Lamp Plus. The original lightbulbs are too yellow we want to replace them with brighter lightbulbs. Denisse and Emeneleck were very patient and helpful finding the right ones.

I've been here a couple times. Always good customer service. I recently made a purchase that I loved. They didn't have the chandelier I needed in stock but a young man placed the order for me online and I received the chandelier and light bulbs in just a couple days. Very nice selection of chandeliers & mirrors. They also have some nice home decor and the prices are about the same as everywhere else.
