I don't remember the name of the lady who helped me, but she was so attentive and friendly. I had a specific lamp style I had in mind and she took the time to show me every single option they carried. She compared and contrasted different lamps and even taught me about various types of lightbulbs. Love when people are knowledgeable and interested in what they do! It took so much stress out of my home shopping!
A good source to go for light fixtures if you can't find what you're looking for at the big box stores. However, they tend to be a bit pricey. They have a big selection at the store and online. We have bought several light fixtures, online and directly from the store and have always had a great customer service experience.
In reference to my review last April , I would like to commend Lamps Plus for tremendously improving customer service. First off, I would like to say that right after I wrote my review, I was contacted by the manager there, whose name was Jody. She sincerely apologized and I truly felt there was a real concern for my not so pleasant experience. Muneeb was very details-oriented when I had to exchange a bulb that didn't fit the light fixture we bought. He was attentive and he listened. I appreciate that as a customer.
great customer service! i walked in 15 minutes before closing and Cris (the assistant manager) and all the other employees were super helpful! this is my 5th or 6th visit to this location and always have a good experience.
Had the most professional and friendly store rep, Devon, assist me with a order via phone. I also received a price match which works to prevent dealing with other on-line stores if issues with installation occur for faster returns. Devon, you are a gem!!
Purchased two minka aire fans from Lamps plus. Had there installation company install them. 6 hours of work by Cesar and Luis. Tough job cement ceilings. They worked very hard and did an amazing job. I would highly recommend this team of guys for any job. It's was a big job and they cleaned up everything and left with a smile. Great job Cesear and Luis! Hope you get a bonus. Bravo!
