Muneeb was very details-oriented when I had to exchange a bulb that didn't fit the light fixture we bought. He was attentive and he listened. I appreciate that as a customer.
great customer service! i walked in 15 minutes before closing and Cris (the assistant manager) and all the other employees were super helpful! this is my 5th or 6th visit to this location and always have a good experience.
Had the most professional and friendly store rep, Devon, assist me with a order via phone. I also received a price match which works to prevent dealing with other on-line stores if issues with installation occur for faster returns. Devon, you are a gem!!
Purchased two minka aire fans from Lamps plus. Had there installation company install them. 6 hours of work by Cesar and Luis. Tough job cement ceilings. They worked very hard and did an amazing job. I would highly recommend this team of guys for any job. It's was a big job and they cleaned up everything and left with a smile. Great job Cesear and Luis! Hope you get a bonus. Bravo! 5 stars for their selection on light fixtures. Brought my mom here because she wanted a chandelier for her hacienda in Michoacan Mexico. She found what she wanted at a good price too.
Went in looking a for a mirror for my bathroom (yes, they sell more than lamps!). Had a lovely experience with an employee showing me all of my options and also taking an interest in my small project. I was a satisfied customer and will return to see what other knick knacks I can find.
I stopped by today to see if I could get a part for a lamp that I had purchased three years ago from this store. Tre'von Dennis greeted me when I walked in. I explained to him my dilemma, and he offered me a great solution to my problem. He is a tremendous asset to the store. And I will continue to Bring my business to this store.
I want to rave about the service I received from Shirley Johnson. She patiently educated me about the difference between integrated external LED lighting and using LED bulbs related to the new California law and took the time to show me different models and explain nuances about important details. She listened, was extremely pleasant and helpful. Ask for Shirley when you visit the Torrance store, you won't be disappointed!
