Not a lamp purchase, but an example of exceptional customer service. We have a lamp (not purchased from LP) that had its bulb socket wiring fry and needed to be replaced. The socket is silver colored to match the lamp itself. Guess what? Home Depot and Lowes only sell gold ones! I went into LP, was greeted by Bambi, who discovered that their spare parts also were only gold. She directed a service tech to "go in the back and find one" (which I'm pretty sure is code for "dissemble a for-sale lamp that DOES have a silver socket... read more

I called and went to a couple of places for light bulbs for a vanity from Amazon. The lights were so bright. I called LAMPS PLUS and a woman named Armine Gezalyan. From the moment she answered, she was full of questions and answers for me. I drove there and we figured it out. Actually a lovely ending to my frustration of the correct lighting for makeup. We were considering ordering a fan online from another retailer, but we're old school and wanted to see if we could see something we liked up close. This store is huge, and has a nice selection of fans. Dave approached us with a friendly smile, and was so eager to settle a difference of opinion between the hubby and I regarding different bulb colors for a fan that he got down on the floor in his back to screw a sample bulb into a different light fixture!! Could not have been happier with Dave W at the Torrance location. He provided excellent customer service along with helpful knowledge on the island chandelier I had my eyes on to purchase!

Angie Gaeta was absolutely amazing. Not only did she give us great customer service and patience she is an interior designer decorator so she helped us with the set up of the fixtures and ideas of de or. I would definely recommend them.

I bought a lamp from Lamps Plus maybe 7 years ago from a store in Las Vegas and just recently completely shattered the lamp shade. Living in LA now, this Lamps Plus location was able to pull up my nearly decade ago order and get a replacement lamp shade shipped to me within 2 days. Everything at Lamps Plus is higher end merchandise, and even though you're paying a premium for it, you get what you pay for when it comes to quality and service.

Love Lamps Plus. For the past several years we've been shopping at the Torrance store. Bambi has always gone out of her way to help us find just the right thing. We are very happy with the lamps, fans and home accessories we've purchased over the years. They also have a large selection of light bulbs in the store making bulb replacement easy. Customer service is excellent, whether it's Bambi, Dave or Meneleck.
