He navigated our numerous obstacles and solved them seamlessly. With that work style, he's someone I would expect to be selected to move up in any company. With a can do attitude and the greatest smile, he's the one I turn to for guidance on a successful purchase.

I've been shopping at the Lamps Plus on Hawthorn Blvd in Torrance for many years and have always had a positive experience. Today, I went there with another complex problem and the entire staff, especially Meneleck, went above and beyond to find a solution. Excellent customer service and professionalism.

Had such a great experience at Lamps Plus today! Ada Solano helped us. She was so knowledgeable. Can't say enough nice things about her tbh. She greeted us at the door and asked what we were looking for and she showed us everything that would work well in our space. She helped us find 3 ceiling fans, a dining room light fixture, and a bunch of bathroom fixtures. Highly recommend

I have a home in the Mandeville Canyon, and needed solid concierge service, as we were replacing around 15 fixtures including chandeliers, room lights, vanities. etc. Ada was Amazing!! She and I spoke on a Monday, and by Thursday had everything picked out, ordered, and half the order was delivered that Friday. After sending Ada a video tour, her recommendations were spot on. Not a lamp purchase, but an example of exceptional customer service. We have a lamp (not purchased from LP) that had its bulb socket wiring fry and needed to be replaced. The socket is silver colored to match the lamp itself. Guess what? Home Depot and Lowes only sell gold ones! I went into LP, was greeted by Bambi, who discovered that their spare parts also were only gold. She directed a service tech to "go in the back and find one" (which I'm pretty sure is code for "dissemble a for-sale lamp that DOES have a silver socket... read more

I called and went to a couple of places for light bulbs for a vanity from Amazon. The lights were so bright. I called LAMPS PLUS and a woman named Armine Gezalyan. From the moment she answered, she was full of questions and answers for me. I drove there and we figured it out. Actually a lovely ending to my frustration of the correct lighting for makeup. We were considering ordering a fan online from another retailer, but we're old school and wanted to see if we could see something we liked up close. This store is huge, and has a nice selection of fans.
