Went here looking for a new ceiling fan. Although we didn't find exactly what we wanted, there were MANY lighting options. Soooo many! Some nice table lamps which we may go back for in the future.

Excellent service. Bambi was helpful and persistent. Approached my problem like a puzzle and used her brain in a manner that is sorely lacking these days. Mexcleck (sp?) joined the fun and ultimately figured out my lighting issue (where two hardwares stores, a contractor, and I had not). Refreshing effort. And pleasant the whole way through. Lamps Plus is one of chain stores that specializes in one thing ... lamps of all kind. Customer service is redefined at this store! Meneleck Krishnan goes over and above - and beyond - to partner with clients for a truly outstanding outcome. He navigated our numerous obstacles and solved them seamlessly. With that work style, he's someone I would expect to be selected to move up in any company. With a can do attitude and the greatest smile, he's the one I turn to for guidance on a successful purchase.

I've been shopping at the Lamps Plus on Hawthorn Blvd in Torrance for many years and have always had a positive experience. Today, I went there with another complex problem and the entire staff, especially Meneleck, went above and beyond to find a solution. Excellent customer service and professionalism.

Hi, my name is HELEN and Ron. We went to Lamps R Us right at Hathorne and 190th St. today met this fabulous sales person named Bambi who took care of us. She showed us around gave us options and great pricing. I will make sure to stop by on my next rehab project thanks again.

Had such a great experience at Lamps Plus today! Ada Solano helped us. She was so knowledgeable. Can't say enough nice things about her tbh. She greeted us at the door and asked what we were looking for and she showed us everything that would work well in our space. She helped us find 3 ceiling fans, a dining room light fixture, and a bunch of bathroom fixtures. Highly recommend

I have a home in the Mandeville Canyon, and needed solid concierge service, as we were replacing around 15 fixtures including chandeliers, room lights, vanities. etc. Ada was Amazing!! She and I spoke on a Monday, and by Thursday had everything picked out, ordered, and half the order was delivered that Friday. After sending Ada a video tour, her recommendations were spot on.
