I recently called Lamp Plus in Torrance because a glass piece from my beautiful chandelier had come apart. I needed to find out if someone could repair it or find a replacement part. Luckily I was called back by Rhod, a sales associate. I sent him a photo of my chandelier ) which is 20 years old) and he took the time to find the manuel for the chandelier with a schematic of all the glass components. This review is specifically for the service we received from Bamby and Shirley. These ladies were patient, attentive and helped us choose a chandelier for our home. We didn't really have a direction or style we wanted and Bamby was truly helpful. We will shop here again and can't wait to receive what we ordered.

While scouting out a couple of new ceiling fans, the frustration of not finding exactly what we wanted was becoming a nightmare. Driving north on Hawthorne Blvd I spotted Lamps Plus. Previously, I was told they did not carry the type of fans I was looking for, however, they were online at Lamps Plus so perhaps now they are also in the store. Wanted to give this location a five star rating. I was helped specifically by the salesperson Alicia but I will say everyone I spoke with was helpful and friendly. They helped me find exactly what I was looking for, and were able to point out the different options that fit my specific situation. Wanted to share a positive note. Our experience today was fantastic. We were skeptical that our ceiling fan needs would be met. Then we met a floor rep who was solution oriented. The rep allowed us to browse while remaining available for questions of stock, options of color and size. Our rep was superb in noting our preferences and matching our room sizes and ceiling heights with what was going to work. Heidi, thank you. Lamps Plus - Torrance - THANK YOU! This rating is so high because one employee, Mencleck saved the day. I walked in with a broken shade from a vintage lamp and an oversized light bulb I had never seen before. I was about to go and look around for two ceiling fans, but was discouraged by the person who greeted me, who ushered me to the front counter for help. She let me know the store doesn't carry shades like the one I needed. I tried to explain I wanted to look around first in case I wanted to buy something. Very amazing customer service team! I needed a replacement bulb cover from one of their fixtures and found it no problem and at an amazing price! Fran and Alexander helped me out! Keep it up.
