We were in Lamps Plus recently looking to purchase lighting for our dining area. It was the best experience! We had an idea of what we wanted but couldn't find what we were looking for. The manager Bambi ended up assisting us. She was knowledgeable and absolutely amazing! She helped us find a something and we are very pleased.

My Possini vanity light bar is eligant. So, must I replace this $200 light fixture or can I replace one of the four (carelessly shattered) glass shades? My internet search yielded nothing. All hope abandoned, I stopped at Lamps Plus with one of the unbroked shades. The manager, Dave, was able to identify it, and order a replacement shade -- at the amazingly low cost of $10! I hadn't even bought the fixture at Lamps Plus! Thank God for knowledgeable salespeople at brick and mortar stores, and thank you Lamps Plus.

The good: Heidi and some other girl helped me during one of my visits here. They were friendly and helpful and allowed me to freely roam the store on my own without being bothered. I got my island pendant, dining chandelier, and bathroom sconces from their online store. I had to come in person to return 2 of the items because it didn't fit my space. We were warmly greeted by Bamby as we entered the showroom. She went out her way to help us with an unusual request-an indoor sconce light with a motion detector. After showing us a variety of options, she explored their online inventory. Much to our surprise, Bamby found a suitable solution. It's being shipped FREE to our home. If you're looking for excellent service, Bamby proves that in-person service beats online options hands down! Cheers!!!

I recently called Lamp Plus in Torrance because a glass piece from my beautiful chandelier had come apart. I needed to find out if someone could repair it or find a replacement part. Luckily I was called back by Rhod, a sales associate. I sent him a photo of my chandelier ) which is 20 years old) and he took the time to find the manuel for the chandelier with a schematic of all the glass components. This review is specifically for the service we received from Bamby and Shirley. These ladies were patient, attentive and helped us choose a chandelier for our home. We didn't really have a direction or style we wanted and Bamby was truly helpful. We will shop here again and can't wait to receive what we ordered.

While scouting out a couple of new ceiling fans, the frustration of not finding exactly what we wanted was becoming a nightmare. Driving north on Hawthorne Blvd I spotted Lamps Plus. Previously, I was told they did not carry the type of fans I was looking for, however, they were online at Lamps Plus so perhaps now they are also in the store. Wanted to give this location a five star rating. I was helped specifically by the salesperson Alicia but I will say everyone I spoke with was helpful and friendly. They helped me find exactly what I was looking for, and were able to point out the different options that fit my specific situation.
