Every time I call the call center I am always treated with the best customer service I've ever encountered. Today especially, I spoke with Tori and she was the nicest most pleasant person I've had to do business with over the phone. That's why I am taking the time to write this. I hope someone gives her a raise cause she's the best! Everyone has been awesome though. Good job LBSCU!

Always a wonderful experience coming in to this branch of LBS! A very special THANK YOU to Marisa for always being a ray of sunshine whenever we come in. No exaggeration, she has completely changed our feelings about coming in to the bank. I used to hate doing any kind of banking (with any bank), but Marisa's fabulous attitude and ability to provide great solutions has been nothing short of spectacular!

I had an issue with the FTB and Fatima took care of me and my concerns like I was the only member! You just don't experience that kind of customer service these days. She went beyond the call of duty here, and this wasn't an isolated incident....I have had many and it's always a great ending for me. I had her on bluetooth and had a friend in the car...his comments...."Chase would NEVER treat me like that". Awesome service.

I have been banking here for a few years now and I've had nothing but great experiences with this office in particular. Though there are other locations, I always find my way driving the extra few miles because the entire staff is super friendly and have really gotten to know me - I feel like a friend rather than a transaction! You can tell that the people that work here are genuine and aren't just there for a paycheck. Always banked with the Big Banks especially the one with all the problems these days. Could really never say I was happy. A relative told me about this credit union and I checked it out. Opened a new account and was able to finance auto loans at wonderful rates, too good to be true. I once financed a car loan back in 2013 with one of the big car loan banks and got an outrageous rate of almost 9 %, and this bank was later accused of discriminatory lending. You hear ads about extraordinary customer service, this bank is smokes the competition. We needed help obtaining statements and multiple documents over a 6 month period, and their stud Frank Ogaz was exceptional. Can't thank you enough sir, you really made this purchase / underwriting process SO MUCH SIMPLER with your prompt/flexible/cordial replies... LBS Financial CU is solid.

My husband and I are so happy we found this credit union. We go to the one on Spring Street in Long Beach, and are greeted at the door by a friendly guard. All of the tellers are so friendly too. I don't know anything about their interest rates, and don't do much of any banking online, so I can't speak to that. I remember trying to call my regular bank years ago (Great Western) and not finding a phone number listed for them. LBS is a pretty good bank. The service is mostly friendly & helpful as allowed... But the policy's are unfair (wait time for check holds)Are not very helpful for small business transactions.

When I moved here 6 years ago, I needed a credit union that was linked with my old one in AZ. This one was suggested & I've never been sorry. Friendly people. Excellent selection of services. I will never do business with a bank as long as there are credit unions like this one available.
