We call lbs financial to try to get some sort of extension cause I lost my job over covid19 and the person I talked to they said covid19 is not a reason for me to get a extension even tho I lost my job cause of it.

I know that it is trying times right now and sadly people are simply losing value in all sorts of form. Today, I approached the teller name Raymond on the outside of the building. We all know there's a complete separation with the glass from the workers and customers. First thing he says to me is, "DO YOU HAVE A MASK!?" I kid you not, an exclamation point is exactly that tone. I would avoid this bank at all costs. Very old school system and caused many delays in my closing of escrow. Specifically, Closing will be delayed because of their wire transfer system. They use a separate company to complete wire transfers because they are a "small bank" per the gentleman on the service phone line. I have been unhappy with most services especially the few times I have had fraud issues in the past (you have to fill out a request paper and send it to them). But this tipped the iceberg for me. The WORST ATMs I have EVER used. Even if they HAPPENS to be available for a deposit, the machines are so terrible they barely accept more than 2-3 bills at a time. And like I said, that's even if they accept deposits at the time or if they are just not working (or down for maintenance). Don't waste your time.

Where do i start...so ladies and gentlemen please beware of this branch!! My dad has been banking with them for 30 years and recently got pulled a fast one by them...he cashed his check and asked the teller to swap out newer bills for older ones and the teller did but during the process 1000 dollars were lost and my dad got blamed for the the lost money they showed him the video of the transaction and made up a story that they felt matched the footage..the video is very unclear and hard to see since alot of the hand gesture... read more

Their phone line with the automated voice messages are THE WORST. The first message I can hear fine then the next automated message volume was so low and my volume was all the way up. Once I entered numbers through the call and it was repeated back to me the volume got so loud but it was only loud when the numbers were repeated back to me then the voice lowered significantly after the numbers were repeated. Also I only had one option to choose and when I chose it, the automated message said my response was incorrect. I don't... read more

I'd rather walk or take the bus than finance a car with them as my creditors. They will screw you... they sent me multiple letters of payments not being paid ... even tho I paid them. Even have my bank statements as proof and they are like we've never received your payments ... this company is a joke.. customer service is clueless smh

First time customer. Came in to start a savings account. Apparently I didn't have all the right information. Lori didn't shy away from letting me feel like I was wasting her time and making me feel dumb. Not a very good first impression. I came back with the right info and Alfred helped us this time and was very nice. Thank you Alfred! Hope we never have to deal with Lori again.

Immature staff makes banking here sickening. I don't appreciate the unnecessary attitudes I've dealt with several times now, and the ATM is always malfunctioning. Annoying location full of high schoolers with no respect for anyone, probably the future employees for lbsfcu .
