This is a share branch. If you are not familiar with the term, this location allows members from numerous other credit unions to use it for limited services. There is a large parking lot and two ATMs . There is an outdoor walk up window as well with limited hours. Staff are helpful. I am not a member of LBS so I can't say much about their products. But if you need a CU in Long Beach and you are with a different CU this is a good option.

I opened a savings account here when I was in the 8th grade when I had my first job working for the summer youth program a long time ago and every since then I been banking here and I love it and even go there different branches which I like doing the closest one I go to now is in Bixby knolls because I love going there too because everyone is friendly there the tellers are nice and the security nice and polite and that's good parking so any one of the branches are nice so take it for me I like it you would too I recommend ... read more

I had a excellent experience at LBS Financial Credit Union today. I applied for a personal loan and Jasmine Ramos did a incredible job from start to finish with my loan application. She was very helpful and answered all my questions. Made it simple and easy. Thank Jasmine Ramos and everyone at the LBS Financial Credit Union on 10th Street. Excellent work by all. I am in process of taking care of all my debts and decided to go through a debt consolidation loan at LBS. For the last week I was assisted by Jasmine Ramos. She was amazing! I hardly ever write reviews but I am so happy with the service that Jasmine provided me and had to let yelp know! She was thorough and did every thing she could to get me what I needed. it's a great pleasure to give an review on this great credit union; I joined in 2021, as the years passed by I have been absolutely grateful for the service I've received.. whenever I have to come in to do my transactions every one in the building who knows me including the security guards hello Ms. Gloria.. Im so relaxed Valerie and Albert and another young lady on that side of the building are my favorite. I live in Los Angeles now; I travel to Long Beach Cred union.. I love it there...
