I have been a member since the 1980's, even after moving out of town. You talk to a person quickly, people are friendly and knowledgeable. If they don't have the answer, they find out and call you back. Their service is fabulous. JOIN!

Stopping into your Bixby Knowles location and directly speaking with one of your financial staff, I was able to renew my CD in less than 10 minutes. I only wish the other banks that I deal with were this efficient and friendly. Than you very much!

I have used this branch as a shared branch for about 8 years now. I've had nothing but great experiences on my visits here. The tellers are always so pleasant, patient and helpful. I appreciate the great customer service this branch provides because it's not as common now days.

As a retiree on a fixed income, when a situation arose requiring a sudden infusion of cash to resolve, we reached out to LBS Financial Credit Union for help. Their excellent loan originator. This is a share branch. If you are not familiar with the term, this location allows members from numerous other credit unions to use it for limited services. There is a large parking lot and two ATMs . There is an outdoor walk up window as well with limited hours. Staff are helpful. I am not a member of LBS so I can't say much about their products. But if you need a CU in Long Beach and you are with a different CU this is a good option.

I opened a savings account here when I was in the 8th grade when I had my first job working for the summer youth program a long time ago and every since then I been banking here and I love it and even go there different branches which I like doing the closest one I go to now is in Bixby knolls because I love going there too because everyone is friendly there the tellers are nice and the security nice and polite and that's good parking so any one of the branches are nice so take it for me I like it you would too I recommend ... read more
