I've been banking with this credit union for many years and even refer a few people here. They have helped me with credit building to personal loan and even car loan. I definitely recommend banking with them. Personnel here are friendly and even have a desk worker on standby to greet and get you situated as soon as you enter. Besides checking or saving, they even have investments opportunities such as IRAs, etc... They love to answer any questions you may have. Just fyi, not all locations offered service.

I found out about this place through my credit union, which is actually out of state. Since I've been coming here, I've had great experiences. The parking lot has plenty of spaces to park, the outside teller was super useful and way faster to deposit and withdraw money than going inside (but Covid made it shut down, I guess) and the tellers and guards and employees are all nice and helpful. I am re-submitting a review . LBS has always been a place I recommended but after having an unsatisfactory conversation with a person in the phone center I reviewed LBS giving them three stars.... A manager called apologizing and stating that action was taken to retrain or remind their phone staff regarding proper business etiquette and concern for customers It is an excellent institution with excellent leadership

Monday September 13th, I had originally came in to open a credit card. However, to my surprise Marisa had explained that LBS credit union offers auto refinancing as well, which to my circumstance was amazing to hear since I had a high interest rate on my vehicle. Been with you for two decades. I have financed three cars with you. Having just refinanced my car, I haven't received any actual hardcopies.... I didn't have an address or assurance that I had paid my bill from my account. I also wanted your full zip code. The person who answered the phone from the very beginning sounded irritated. He had that tone of boredom and lack of listening skills. Majority of the process going so well was due to Steven working with me without any delays on his end. I'm giving a huge shout out to Fatima Valenzuela who helped me order checks, change my address and give me all the info I needed on today's call. I have had a car loan with LBS since May 2019. Every time I call the representatives are caring and very professional. Nothing like wells Fargo who can give two f**** about you! I will be moving my money over this way now. I've had nothing but great experiences with them. Sure they don't have an ATM every corner, but if you want superior customer service, better rates, come here! ... read more
