I don't have an account here (yet), I bank with Arrowhead credit union and this is the sister bank I use. The tellers here are generally very nice. Last week I was not having a good day and there was a long line. I needed a check for my rent and had no choice but to wait. The teller at the outside window was so nice. I have always had trouble banking. Feeling comfortable enough to speak truthfully about my finances is almost never. Lbs is great but this location has Marisa and she is the absolute best. Without her help i would have never got a financial plan and learned how to save while taking care of bills. Marisa makes me feel like anything is possible and she has been a blessing for as a financial advisor. She is always honest and helps me in everyway I need. They never get funny with my money. I just want to say thank you sooooo much to Marisa Puentes and Alfred Flores at our local LBS Branch! They were so helpful, knowledgeable and sympathetic to our needs and concerns... They helped us get the the loan for the car we wanted. After being pre approved for a loan at a set rate from LBS, Huntington Toyota Dealers, were dis-honest and gave us the run and ran our credit after we told them they were not authorized to do so...I was in tears. They were very helpful after I accidentally jammed the ATM machine when making a cash deposit. It happened on a Saturday so no one was working, but I spoke to Eduardo in customer service and he was awesome. I got my money a few days later!

I recently bought a condo in Huntington Beach and I obtained my loan through the Long Beach Credit Union. I had a difficult situation because three houses needed to be sold so that three parties, including me, could use the money obtained by the sale to purchase another property. There were many hiccups along the way but Josie Truong (residential loan consultant and Oscar Martinez (lending processor/underwriter) were absolutely amazing throughout the whole process. Every time I call the call center I am always treated with the best customer service I've ever encountered. Today especially, I spoke with Tori and she was the nicest most pleasant person I've had to do business with over the phone. That's why I am taking the time to write this. I hope someone gives her a raise cause she's the best! Everyone has been awesome though. Good job LBSCU!

Always a wonderful experience coming in to this branch of LBS! A very special THANK YOU to Marisa for always being a ray of sunshine whenever we come in. No exaggeration, she has completely changed our feelings about coming in to the bank. I used to hate doing any kind of banking (with any bank), but Marisa's fabulous attitude and ability to provide great solutions has been nothing short of spectacular!
