Iig i Could give them a half a start I would! have been with this credit union for over 20 years. I have had so much fraud on my account it's ridiculous. Someone somewhere cloned my card and PIN number. They deposited a a stolen check into my account and tried to withdrawal money from my account. My fault for not paying attention to the deposit thinking it was a bonus that I was waiting for from my 2nd job. I spent the money as usual paying bills and day to day living expenses. I was processing a home equity loan application and I felt very unassisted by staff. It seemed to me that they were simply looking for ways to back out of the deal instead of ways they could help me. I told her I needed a faster closing and she said she could not work faster and then flat out refused to process my paperwork when she realized I had an ADU and a JADU on the property. I have a car loan with this Credit Union. I have gotten married since obtaining the vehicle loan. LBS Federal Credit Union refuses to submit the name change request I sent them (with payment included) to update the loan to my legal name. This is how you do business?? I've been with LBS Financial for over 17 years and have always stood by it because I've never had the problems that I've recently had with one manager at the LBS Financial East Long Beach Branch. I am recently retired from LA County service, a little over a year, and receive my benefit via paper check. This old Asian women who works behind the front desk treated me like I was stupid and talked down to me and competly had no respect. Worst banking experience ever. Terrible service.

Went to go put money in the ATM and my money and card was stolen. When I tried to do a dispute they told my bank it never happened. Times are waaay too rough to be getting robbed like this.

If there were any issues related to the money dispensed, you will receive a credit from your financial institution.

As it is being immunocompromised I don't leave the house often to stay safe, especially in red tier covid times. The branch manager was rude and condescending to me telling me that the check was expired and that I would get a fee. I have had a GREAT experience at this branch, the new one on PCH, hit and miss. The woman supervisor today was rude and not helpful. Dark hair, wouldn't help me and treated me badly.
