I'm giving a huge shout out to Fatima Valenzuela who helped me order checks, change my address and give me all the info I needed on today's call. I have had a car loan with LBS since May 2019. Every time I call the representatives are caring and very professional. Nothing like wells Fargo who can give two f**** about you! I will be moving my money over this way now. DSMALLS IN DAH HOUSE!!!! We had such a great experience at Lb today. I'm writing this review to give a shout out to Dominic Smalls for being so friendly and efficient. He got back to us in a timely matter, worked with our schedule and the overall experience was terrific. It's also his birthday, so HAPPY HAPPY BDAY DOM! YAY! Also the receptionist is the most friendly, kind person ever! Her aura is simply refreshing! The security guard is dope too. It feels like family there at this branch. You can see it and you can feel it.

The Teller Britany always gives me EXCELLENT service every single time that I go in there. She is very fast and VERY efficient when it comes to depositing my money and getting me in and out of the Credit Union. It's LBS employees such as her as to why I keep coming back to that particular location. Excellent Customer Service!!!!!

I've been with this bank for the last 12 or so years. If it's one thing, it's consistent and I appreciate it and it's staff. Previously I was with Wells Fargo who absolutely ROB you with compounding hidden fees. I haven't had any issues with my basic checking/savings here. And I just got off the phone with Fatima in their call center after my web browser (Opera) was having issues and locked out. She was exceptionally helpful in restoring my account to me. Okay I will start off by saying I always suggest people get an account at a credit union in general. Well my family moved to California and I started college to become a nurse once my children graduated high school. LBSFCU was at my school one day and I didn't have time to get information that day. Miranda was A+++ helping me with a money transfer. She went beyond the call of duty.She called me when the money arrived safely. We have been with LBS since the 1980's.I was in the building in June, 2019, and No WAITING for a teller and there are plenty of tellers to help. Everything has been smooth.They even give 80 free checks per year. For those getting loans,I want to say I am GLAD that they are diligent about who they lend money to even if the person has been a customer.They are looking out for all of our money! I'm never one to take the time to leave a review but after the service i received, I owe it to them! I usually tend to use the ATM machine since i'm always in a rush but this day I went to the outside teller and the gentleman helping me I think his name was Jesus was very happy and attentive while helping you. He made small talk with you and didn't make you feel like a bother. Made you feel very welcomed as member. Couldn't have asked for anything more. :)
