The staff is so friendly at the East Long Beach location! The space is always clean and the tellers work quickly to get members in and out while ensuring accuracy in transactions. Steven is so helpful with auto loans and goes out of his way to help members. Valerie is very knowledgeable and cares about all the members. Alfred is very quick to get back to you on any questions you may have. 10/10 recommend

I've been banking with this credit union for many years and even refer a few people here. They have helped me with credit building to personal loan and even car loan. I definitely recommend banking with them. Personnel here are friendly and even have a desk worker on standby to greet and get you situated as soon as you enter. Besides checking or saving, they even have investments opportunities such as IRAs, etc... They love to answer any questions you may have. Just fyi, not all locations offered service.

I found out about this place through my credit union, which is actually out of state. Since I've been coming here, I've had great experiences. The parking lot has plenty of spaces to park, the outside teller was super useful and way faster to deposit and withdraw money than going inside (but Covid made it shut down, I guess) and the tellers and guards and employees are all nice and helpful. I am re-submitting a review . LBS has always been a place I recommended but after having an unsatisfactory conversation with a person in the phone center I reviewed LBS giving them three stars.... A manager called apologizing and stating that action was taken to retrain or remind their phone staff regarding proper business etiquette and concern for customers It is an excellent institution with excellent leadership

Monday September 13th, I had originally came in to open a credit card. However, to my surprise Marisa had explained that LBS credit union offers auto refinancing as well, which to my circumstance was amazing to hear since I had a high interest rate on my vehicle.
