Just about everything was bad. The server entered in an incorrect starter, then looked at me like I was lying when I said I didn’t order it. Drinks were incorrect and essentially double charged. The sides arrived 10 minutes before entrees. Then one entree arrived, while we waited another 5 minutes for the next three. The shrimp on the signature lemon pasta was very bad. The pizza was just okay. The meatballs were too firm and too sweet. The focaccia and arancini (which we didn’t order) were good. Our server rarely checked in... read more
First, very cold inside, didn't think the employees would be wearing jeans. Our appy was great, calamari! Dinner dishes, not so much, my pasta was overcooked, mushy..the server kepted trying to upcharge us on everything, would you like shrimp added, would you like lobster added? Expected a nicer interior...
This is a standard hotel restaurant. No complaints with the service the food is just okay and the price point is high. Had the ribeye, recommended by the server; it was really fatty. Wouldn’t recommend or return.
We went for restaurant week. It was very busy but, we got there early 6:15p and thought we would be done around 8:00p. We didn't leave until 9:30p the first course was timely and the others seemed slow to arrive. Our waitress was very nice but, not very attentive. We asked for a straw and it took 10 minutes before it arrived and that was only because we asked someone else to get it for us. Same with ice for an iced tea... it took a long time too. Two of us ordered off the Summer menu $75 , one of us ordered off the AZ restau... read more
5 Star Prices for 2 Star Quality. Despite special instructions the $66 pork chop ( with no side) was over done. Pasta was good, but not worth $38. Service was attentive, but the wait between courses was excessive. Cheesecake tasted more like whipped cream on a crust you could not cut with a fork. Fairly loud. Charged an additional service fee, and no validation for the $12 valet.
Let’s start off by saying the food was pretty good but definitely not worth the price. Any decent Italian restaurant could have made the same quality of food. The place had club music that gets cranked up insanely loud at a certain time. The service was the worst part, with the server being condescending and having micro-aggressions. The food and overall experience definitely does not justify the extremely inflated price. It seems that the fact that they are in a nice hotel and affluent area they can charge a lot more. I had... read more
Nice wine, ambiance and several interesting menu items, especially those being lemon-forward. However, execution of the dishes wasn't good as all four entrées were overly salted hiding the favor of the each dish.
Food was very underwhelming and lacked seasoning. Bacon wrapped dates, bacon too thick and whole date was roo much, sauce was bland. Salmon Crudo, was too thick and had far too much going on l, salmon was completely lost. Pork chop was basically a shake and bake that was still wet, also bland. The filet special, was insanely priced for mediocre food. Steak was good but lacked ANY sort of char or seasoning. Shrimp also very bland and seemed boiled then warmed, no sear or black whatsoever. Raviollo was good but again filling w... read more
The restaurant itself was very elegant—beautiful decor, lighting, and furnishings that set high expectations. The service was friendly and pleasant, but I felt the attire of the waitress didn’t match the upscale setting. It was a bit too revealing for the type of atmosphere they seemed to be going for. The music was another mismatch. They were playing loud pop-rap, which felt completely out of place for a refined dining experience. For food, I ordered the crab arancini, scallops risotto, and lemon soufflé. The arancini was t... read more
