The food was good. Service was very good. The noise level was not good. We had to literally shout at each other to be heard. Mouse was louder than the music. Too bad because it's a beautiful place.

We enjoyed our experience at Luna by Giada. The service was outstanding. The food is good. We had the arancini appetizer, signature lemon spaghetti, margherita pizza, and mascarpone brownie cheesecake for dessert. It is loud in the restaurant, which makes it difficult to have a conversation with the person who is across the table from you. Very over priced for the quality. $38 for spaghetti with 2 pieces of shrimp. $28 for small pizza. I don’t mind paying for expensive meals, but this time it was not worth it. Server was a little slow bringing drinks

Very noise, limited menu, prices were higher than the menu warranted. Walked in and the noise hits you in the face. Waiter was aggressive just on the verge of annoying. Would have thought such an inventive chef, the menu would have been more exciting, the menu was disappointing. Very disappointing experience.

Maybe my expectations were too high considering it's Giada's and at a Caesar's property, but it was nothing special. The food was mostly good or great; the exception was the inedible crab appetizer. But the service was mediocre if not less. Again, nothing special to meet my expectations. I've had far superior service at Preston's, or Mastro's, or Fleming's, or even Grimaldi's. We were hoping the experience would be similar to Giada's in Vegas, unfortunately it falls short. The cocktails were on point, however the after dinner cappuccino was subpar. There were a few highlights to the meal, the Noble foccacio and the signature dish which was a glorified spaghetti with lemon alfredo sauce, everything else was average. Don’t ask for a review. It’s very uncomfortable for your employees to say we need to mention their names online. I’m 33 years and find it ridiculous I need to review online. Can’t I just tell your manager or be given a survey on my invoice. I was asked 4 times to leave a review. It ruins the experience. Kenneth was the best though!

Extremely disappointed in my evening at Luna, especially since I was very much looking forward to the evening. We were a party of four, and ordered four different dinners and two different appetizers. I’m sad to say we were disappointed in all. An extremely high end Italian restaurant that does not provide complimentary bread…not good. As an example, a Risotto Dish that had a grand total of two scallops and tons of Risotto. The restaurant was overhyped. The food was not great. I ordered a pesto pasta dish and the sauce was brown. There were a lot of flavors, but pesto wasn’t one of them. The only good dish was the focaccia which did have delicious pesto dipping sauce. They are lacking good liquor brands at the bar as well. Very little in blanco tequila. Ambience is good. Service was so-so.
