Super disappointed with Luna. I was looking forward to the dinner as I have enjoyed watching Giada cooking shows. The noise level was ridiculous. Tables so close to each other that I couldn’t even hear my spouse during dinner. I also had people bumping into my chair when they walked by. They charge a service fee for the ambiance, which there is no ambiance. The food did not meet my expectations at all especially for the cost. Definitely do not recommend this place!

Business response:

Thank you for sharing your experience. We're truly sorry to hear that the noise level, seating arrangement, and overall ambiance fell short of your expectations. We also regret that the food did not meet the standard you were hoping for. Your feedback is appreciated and will be shared with our team as we work to improve.

THIS IS NOT A $$ RESTAURANT!! It is easily a $$$, maybe $$$$. The appetizers were all over $20. Apps should not be the same as an entree!! Do you remember when Italian restaurants use to just bring out bread when you sat down?? Not this place. $15 for a small focaccia with lemon butter and oil. My fiancé had the signature lemon pasta with shrimp (and the waitress of course tried to upsell by offering lobster instead of shrimp) and I had the branzino. 2 jumbo shrimp and lemon sauce poured over a spaghetti tower. The branzino ... read more

I rarely write reviews, but our experience at Luna by Giada was such a letdown, I felt compelled to share. From beginning to end, it just missed the mark. I ordered the signature lemon pasta, expecting something special, but could barely take a few bites. It was runny, the pasta was undercooked—well beyond “al dente”—and the flavor was just off. To make it worse, the table next to us ordered the same dish, and neither of the women could finish theirs either. That told me it wasn’t just me. We also tried the crab arancini, wh... read more

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback—we're truly sorry to hear your experience at Luna by Giada didn’t meet expectations. We take comments like yours seriously, and it's clear we missed the mark on several fronts during your visit. The issues with the lemon pasta and crab arancini are especially disappointing, and we’ll be reviewing both dishes closely with our culinary team to ensure they’re being executed with the quality and care our guests deserve. We also appreciate your note on the dress code and how it... read more

I’m sorry to say the Sunday brunch experience was a big disappointment. While the service staff was excellent and attentive the food selection was limited -cold pasta, pizza, over seasoned meat, shellfish stuck in shells. There were no shrimp or tiramisu by the time we arrived at 130 seating. Zero gluten free options-my meal was cheese, olives, salami and over-salted fatty steak $150. They kindly brought a gluten-free dessert from their dinner menu after I mentioned issues. It’s a beautiful hotel but we won’t be back.

Business response:

Thank you for your honest feedback. While we're glad to hear our service team made a positive impression, we're very sorry the brunch fell short in so many key areas. We sincerely regret the limited gluten-free options, the food quality concerns, and the lack of availability of certain items during your seating. That’s not the experience we aim to provide, and we’ll be addressing these issues with our culinary team immediately. We appreciate you acknowledging the effort to bring out a gluten-free dessert, but understand that... read more

Extremely good food great drinks with beautiful tables in a flashy room. Friendly professional greeting. Third time and I’ve grown increasingly unimpressed with the time taken at the table by wait staff talking endlessly about the menu the food the specials literally as if people haven’t been to a restaurant or can’t read. A quick recitation of the specials with staff quietly retreating is what a fine restaurant does. A Ted talk and a lecture is both unwelcome and overly intrusive.

Business response:

Hi, Scott. Thanks for taking the time to share your positive experience. We appreciate it!

Mediocre at best. Hostesses great, service slow, pasta swimming in sauce.

Business response:

Hi, Roger. We are sorry to see that you did not have the five star experience you should have had. Please let us know if theres anything we can do to make it right. Call us at (480) 914-6829.

Not what we expected from Giada. Signature Lemon Pasta was bland, lukewarm and all stuck together. Sauce was watery and barely warm. Shrimp was overcooked. So noisy we could not not carry on a conversation at our table. Hostess was very good. Apps were fine. Desert was fine as well. Server was very pleasant but mostly absent.

Business response:

Hi, Jim. Thanks for taking the time to share your positive experience. We appreciate it!

We went there to celebrate our anniversary and had decidedly mixed experiences. The place is lovely. The service was excellent. The staff, in its entirety, was extremely pleasant, accommodating, and clearly well trained. However, the food varied dramatically. For an appetizer, we split the crab arancini and while I thought that it was ok, my wife felt that it lacked any actual crab flavor. I had the pork chop which tasted really good but was a bit overcooked and dry. My wife had the pasta with arrabbiata sauce and added scal... read more
