I have been a client at this studio city location for 6 months and have been incredibly happy with the monthly roots touch up program. The online booking system is very easy, and I really like the color we settled on, after a consultation with Stephen. I've had my hair colored by several of the stylists, but have been most happy when done by Stephen or Donna. Steven loves his store and team! He's excited for his store to grow and takes pride in its success. I'm a newer member...just started coming last summer. I get my hair colored every 3 months. Nice and easy experience every time. Only thing I'm not crazy about is the 90 minute parking limit.

I was late because it was a bit hard to find and they were extremely accommodating and fit me in. They gave me suggestions about products to use when I'm coloring at home and did a full color update. It was a good experience.

Updated: after a gracious call by the branch manager I got my hair corrected! Nicole is a miracle worker and blended my hair beautifully. The only downside is it looks so natural I find myself wondering if I even went!

Service is good was not over impressed with my hair color ..it was a root touch up and it was just ok wouldn't make it a regular thing

Really, really pleased with my new color. I had used the M-R products at home, but Steven worked with me to choose a slightly different shade and I love it. He did a wonderful job and I got a great blow out, too. I received many compliments on the color. Love the new convenient Studio City location. A definite 5 star recommend!

Where do I start?! Omg i absolutely LOVE this location! This was my first time coming in for some highlights! I was greeted by Cdyni but all of the Employees were so welcoming. I got some beautiful highlights done by Stephan who was just simply amazing! Vanessa washed my hair and let me tell you I wish I could come in everyday just to get my hair washed and blow dry by her! I can't wait for my next hair appointment! I definitely will be recommending this color bar to all of my friends :D
