Terrible customer service. Why even open your doors if there's never any one available to sell the product and help. Put something better in this location, this place is shameful.

I was all set to give Madison Reed a try. I made my appointment at the Studio City location a week in advance and followed all instructions and confirmations. An hour before my appointment they called and cancelled because they didn't have a stylist for me. This was for hair color - which means I had to find a back up. Not to mention that had I cancelled an hour before I would've been charged $20. I received nothing for my inconvenience, not even an offer for to reschedule with a discount.

Worst customer service with appointments ! I was thinking about canceling my membership because I can never make an appointment at a time I want . I thought I give it another try before I cancel . I made an appointment two weeks before my trip to Hawaii . They canceled my appointment a day before because they double booked me by mistake !! That's so stressful because I couldn't go any other time ! Membership is canceled... never again !

Went in last Friday and asked for blond. Got two colors. Muddy brown at the ends and red/brown at roots. Looks awful. Not going back. You get what you pay for, I suppose.

I came in to get a balayage with very clear reference photos of my own hair. My colorist told me that she did not want to spend the time match them. I was rushed through the whole process. The colorist left for the day in the middle of my appointment. Her assistant washed and toned my hair. My hair looks cheaply highlighted, streaky, and severely damaged from the bleach. Terrible terrible customer service. No one at the store to handle questions and concerns. Poorly staffed and you have to wait for a long time to get their attention.

I don't think I would go there again. It was my first time after signing to the pro+ I did schedule roots, blowdry. Got my forehead stained and was hard to cover after the wash. After the color I was waiting for the blow-dry just sitting there and waiting then they decided to ask what Am I waiting for. They told me that the system is down and they didn't know but I did mention from the beginning. Instead of giving the service for free they gave me a tiny tube of product which is actually free. I had a disappointing experience last week. One of the only reasons this place works is the ability to go in for an appointment after work. I booked the second to last appointment of the day. I waited for a bit for my appointment to start. The stylist wasn't done with my shampoo until 6:50. I opted for their dry bar and started to dry my hair. Rushed and kept pulling my hair! She started to shampoo my hair only once, and I know that they are supposed to shampoo twice and then condition. I said something to her, and then she put the shampoo on over the conditioner.
