I've been going grey since age 24 and kept up with it myself for a long time but it's too frequent and dense now and the grey's have gotten resistant. I can't speak highly enough of Madison Reed in Studio City. Stephen is an absolute perfectionist with his coloring, highlights, and blow outs. I sometimes struggle between what my hair needs and what I want. Stephen is patient and always gives me the best advice. He consistently finds me the perfect balance.

Very happy with the service I get at this salon. I love that they just do color! Stephen is the best, he gets it right every time. He kept adjusting my shade until we got it just right. I also love the monthly membership, makes getting my roots done every 2 weeks very inexpensive.

If you want just color or basic highlights using the pre-existing kits, I'm sure this place is fine. However if you are looking for anything more sophisticated, like dimensional highlights with more than one color instead of just bleach and a toner they are not able to do that. I was happy the stylist let me know before she moved forward. I do love the home kits but it seems cheaper to do it yourself.
