Fortunately I have a good sense of humor, but I didn't receive a very neat balayage. There are areas like this that are very patchy, and I was disappointed the stylist didn't come back and make sure it turned out well. I struggle with getting around, so having to come back in right away wasn't feasible. I was told I could see the manager to have my color corrected, but am having such a hard time getting someone to respond. I can't quite figure out how you get in touch with the salon. Love getting my roots done here for half the price as anywhere else. Membership is $70/month and you can go once a week if needed. :) Products are nice quality, and the take home gloss and conditioner really help keep my red color shiny. Highly recommend those. :)

I can't speak highly enough of Madison Reed in Studio City. Stephen is an absolute perfectionist with his coloring, highlights, and blow outs. I sometimes struggle between what my hair needs and what I want. Stephen is patient and always gives me the best advice. He consistently finds me the perfect balance.

Ladies. Attention. If you would like your color to actually match - and enjoy the experience then I'll see you at Madison Reed at the Sportsman Lodge. Stephen has been my colorist all 4 times I've come for service and the color and blow out have been perfection. My experience and results have been better than salons I've paid hundreds of $$$ for the color so i am now a member and get 25% off any additional service. Love this place! The staff is great and friendly. Best products for your hair, no harmful ingredients. Keeps my hair healthy & does not dry out. And they are Leaping Bunny Certified.
