Terrible call in customer service. I am trying to purchase a hair dryer and it did not show up as an item available to purchase. Hung up after being on hold for 45 minutes. The studios are great but impossible to get through to anyone if there is a problem. This 1 rating is for the customer service line.

I visited yesterday for the first time. I haven't colored my hair for two years and thought I'd try Madison reed because my mom raves about the products. I want to say the colorist was absolutely wonderful. The entire staff was so sweet. I think this probably was a giant miscommunication. During the consultation, I informed my stylist that i was at my natural hair color and we agreed on a hand painted style with a cool tone blonde to brighten. Had an appt at 2:45 PM left on time to my appt on time and was text a message at 2:00PM already on the road. did not look at my phone until i arrive in salon. My appt cancelled. Manager did not have decency to come out her self and speak to me. If there was a zero as scoring that would be my rating. I will not go back for appt. This is how they run a business very poor. Now I now why they have the lowest star ratings of all Madison's.

Payed $110 + tip and $7 to park, for the hair color to start coming off in 2 days. I do have long, thick and grays, but this is not a good job. Now I have to wait till Monday to talk to someone to hopefully get this fixed.

Well, it was cheap! That's the only good part. I arrived on time for my appointment and was promptly sat down in a chair (they are so close together and curiously have no mirror while you are getting your color). My "colorist" put on my smock and then announced, "I'll be back in 10 minutes. I have a client!" and walked away. I sat for about 5 minutes, fuming. Apparently I should've checked Yelp before signing up for a membership. And the only reason I checked is because I told whoever called me to cancel my blow dry (FOR THE FIFTH TIME!!) that I'm going to cancel my membership. She didn't even try to talk me out of so that tells you everything you need about this company. This place has nobody to pick up the phone! They have a number.. but nobody answers! I was 10 min late to my appt because I was wandering around not knowing where it was in the mall, and it was the reason I was late. When I finally found it, The bald manager didn't let me have my full service, and told me to "have a good day". I've never had such a bad experience at a salon. It was my first time trying them out and I never will go back. Trash.

I drove an hour to my appointment - first timer - to find out it has been cancelled because I was 13 minutes late, and they only have a 10 minute grace period. For context: I spent 15 minutes driving around to find the store. I called Madison Reed for assistance while being left on hold. When I finally found the area, parked, and headed to the store, I was met with a "we are booked - there's nothing we can do." I was very excited to give Madison Reed a try because I had seen them all over social media but it was a total disappointment. I will never go back to this place. This is salon is not your typical salon for color don't be fooled. They want to do your hair in 1 hr 1/2 because (color & roots) they have to get to the other people do it's like a factory.
