I have been subscribing to Madison Reed for 5 years now and receive the hair color kit every 3 weeks. However, this is the first time I'm visiting a Madison Reed Color Bar and first time I'm claiming my free root color. I thought I should try them out since my regular colorist and hairstylist is unavailable for the next year. Parking was easy as I parked on the plaza's parking lot. I had a pretty seasoned employee, Veronica (?), who consulted with me about my hair dye color, then it was straight to work. Place was clean, nice lighting and music. I was offered water or tea, too. 45 minutes later as assistant gave me a professional and pleasant hair wash and conditioner was applied. I could use hair products, brushes, and dryer after if I wished. Only $60 for a new customer, and 90 min of parking free at Sportsman's Lodge. But best of all color looks great, my hair is soft and wavy! Thanks!

Walked in for my mother who was in town and realized she needed color for her hair. Went to the location and the friendly staff were great in helping pick out the exact color she needed. Definitely recommend coming to this location for your hair color needs.

I recently attended Madison Reed's ColorWonder Experience at the Sportsmen's Lodge, where their tagline, "Ready to flirt with your hair color?" set the tone for a playful, vibrant atmosphere. I love how my hair looks after coming here! I am only taking one star off because of the amount of time it took to complete, but it's also probably on me because I have super black hair that's really long, so I should know this should take 4+ hours to complete! I got so many compliments on my hair. Definitely coming back again in a few months!

I absolutely love Madison Reed in Studio City. I've been coming here since they opened and I am here every 2 weeks to get my roots done! Everybody who colors, shampoos, and/or styles my hair is friendly, professional, and thorough! I highly recommend!! if you're like me and you don't like any of your grays to show, definitely sign up for their membership!

Priscilla and Nick are both incredible ! They are not only talented stylists but extremely personable, friendly and knowledgeable. They are also extremely clean in their color application. Erin and Cassidy did a thorough wash and beautiful blow dry! You also feel very taken care from first entering the salon to checking out from the receptionist Brittany. Overall 10/10 at this location.
