I love Madison Reed I'm Studio City. The staff is helpful and kind. It's so easy and relaxing to get color. Stephen the manager is super knowledgeable as are all the colorists. The product is natural. My hair has never looked better. I appreciate the reasonable cost for such a high level product. I cannot recommend this salon enough. And the good news is that's it's easy to park and you can go next door to Erewhon's after or to all the fabulous restaurants or shops.

Madison Reed is an incredible concept. Their membership for unlimited treatments is very cost-effective. Stephen is the manager at the Studio City location, and he is always very helpful and cheerful. I highly recommend this treat for yourself!

Love this place. Affordable and they did a great job with my roots and highlights. The staff is super nice and the location is great - lots of other good shops and food around. You can even get a membership and get your roots done often at a great price.

I have been a client at this studio city location for 6 months and have been incredibly happy with the monthly roots touch up program. The online booking system is very easy, and I really like the color we settled on, after a consultation with Stephen. I've had my hair colored by several of the stylists, but have been most happy when done by Stephen or Donna. Steven loves his store and team! He's excited for his store to grow and takes pride in its success. I'm a newer member...just started coming last summer. I get my hair colored every 3 months. Nice and easy experience every time. Only thing I'm not crazy about is the 90 minute parking limit.

I was late because it was a bit hard to find and they were extremely accommodating and fit me in. They gave me suggestions about products to use when I'm coloring at home and did a full color update. It was a good experience.
