I love this salon! They are easy to work with and totally listen to what your needs are to ensure you will walk away as a happy, satisfied client with more beautiful hair. Vanessa gives the best head massages (they alone are worth the appt) and Steven, the manager, is an expert at color and highlights. Everyone is nice there. So happy to have found this salon. It's one of my new happy places.

Honestly loving Madison Reed! Today I did my roots, a gloss and a seal and finished with a Blowdry. The color is very rich and shiny !! The staff is friendly and the space is nice part of a new strip mall at the sportsmen lodge. Highly recommended!!

i scheduled a color and blow out. they said they didn't have time to do my blow out when i arrived on time. My face is left with stains. she pulled out so much of my hair and left my hair covered in knots and made me blow dry and brush my own hair. Charged me 100$ for something I could've done a better job at.

I had an appointment at Madison Reed Color Bar for color and a blowout. Unfortunately, they canceled the blowout just 15 minutes before my appointment, which was already disappointing. I still went in for the color, but the experience did not meet expectations. My face was left stained with tint, which felt very unprofessional. I've colored my hair myself before and even then I've never had that happen. I recently visited the Studio City location. This was not the first visit but it was a similar experience I have had the previous times! I used their product during P for my own hair stylist applies it! Each time lately there isn't anyone to help me! They do not have a front desk, so I always have to wait for an employee to finish their job to help me! Also, nobody answers their phone. It goes to a AI generated voice message! I went in for a partial highlight and roots take only touch up. After speaking with the stylist, she recommended highlights and we rescheduled so there would be more time, which I appreciated. I go in today for my appointment and I'm sent to a different stylist, which is fine. We discuss what I want and she then starts telling me that I wasn't going to get anywhere near that. That they are an "express bar" and full highlights are only 54 foils and that I'd need three sessions and she only has an hour to do my highlights.... read more
