Where do I start?! Omg i absolutely LOVE this location! This was my first time coming in for some highlights! I was greeted by Cdyni but all of the Employees were so welcoming. I got some beautiful highlights done by Stephan who was just simply amazing! Vanessa washed my hair and let me tell you I wish I could come in everyday just to get my hair washed and blow dry by her! I can't wait for my next hair appointment! I definitely will be recommending this color bar to all of my friends :D

I love this salon! They are easy to work with and totally listen to what your needs are to ensure you will walk away as a happy, satisfied client with more beautiful hair. Vanessa gives the best head massages (they alone are worth the appt) and Steven, the manager, is an expert at color and highlights. Everyone is nice there. So happy to have found this salon. It's one of my new happy places.

Honestly loving Madison Reed! Today I did my roots, a gloss and a seal and finished with a Blowdry. The color is very rich and shiny !! The staff is friendly and the space is nice part of a new strip mall at the sportsmen lodge. Highly recommended!!

I wanted to give this place the benefit of the doubt. But I was sadly wrong. I needed to get my hair colored within a day or two I have a usual spot, but this place is close and I kept getting ads so I thought why not. I was a new client. Booking the appointment was easy. There were a bunch of slots. I got there not knowing it was in the sportsman's lodge. It also didn't have a suite number, or instructions on what it was by. Honestly, I wouldn't go back to this place, I went today to retouch my roots with the same copper tone I had, I ended up coming back home with red hair and black roots, very disappointed with the results, I told the hairstylist and she told me that if they don't look lighter when the days pass, I can make another appointment (and obviously pay again, no thank you). I have never experienced such unprofessional customer service from a salon. My original appointment at the Woodland Hills location was canceled twice because they said their AC wasn't working and they couldn't perform highlight services. While I understood that things happen, it was still incredibly inconvenient. To make up for it, they rescheduled me at the Studio City location the very next day.
