I had a toner put on my hair to tone down the yellow in my highlights. I was told that it would only take a few minutes to change the color and that the shampoo girl would watch it closely. After a few minutes the shampoo girl went to get the stylist who colored my roots to check the toner color..she said to wait and watch it. My wife ordered a package of hair product and asked if I could go pick it up for her. She said it is paid for and should be ready to go and if not, maybe find it on the shelf and give it to the clerk to check the paid order off and then be on your way. I've been going to Madison and Reed for 8+ years, and I pay a monthly fee to go in for service every 6 weeks. Again, I'm a well-established customer with years of loyalty. The next time I am eligible for a service happens to be on a day that I am flying to go out of town for 2 weeks. So I called Madison Reed customer service and asked if it was possible that I come in 1 day early this time. Again... I have been a loyal customer for 8 years. worst experience I ever had in a salon. The girl in charge was very unprofessional and full of attitude. she had no idea what she was doing. she colored 0.5" below my hair line. when I mentioned she said it is cleaned. she had me sit in a washing station that was broken. both the sink and the fact that it o ly had cold water. when I said it is impossible for me to sit here holding my head up... she mentioned it was broken and rolled her eyes. The colorist was very professional and my mom was happy about her color. The only issue we had when the other stylist washed my mom's hair she completely soaked her back with water. I asked for a dry towel she said they are running shortage with towels. my mom is an elderly lady so getting her shirt wet and water dripped down to her underwear. I had go ask her to dry her clothes with the dryer.

Would never recommend if you are blonde. If you are very dark maybe they can get the color right. The gal left my blonde on for less than ten minutes, while washing the color out which I was skeptical of but trusted the professional she then acknowledged that she had not left it on long enough and put color back on my wet hair since she had already rinsed, left my head in the bowl while it sat on for still not long enough. It's so tragic to have to write a review like this. I came in to get a color-- pink but ombré. Natural color up top, soft pink on bottoms. Not too Flashy, but still a "pop". I asked the hair stylist if it was possible, she seemed to think it was. I told her what I liked about my inspo picture and we chose a pink. She bleached the length of my hair, except about an inch from my roots and underneath on the back of my head (roots and underneath all left brown). They rip off people at this location. My appointment was at 4:45 I got there 4:55 there way no one there until one of the team members came at 4:56. I was charged for $63.50 and instead of accommodating the client they charged a client on subscription. Their customer service is a robot and no one available until sometime in March. The location has no manager. The worst possible service anyone can get.
