I wanted to share my experience with Massey Services to caution others. Recently, one of their vehicles caused damage to my son's basketball hoop due to an open door on a moving vehicle—an incredibly dangerous situation. Despite knowing they were responsible, no one from Massey customer service has reached out to offer a solution or even an apology. So I have used Massey for prob ten yrs. They go through more techs than I have ever seen, or that’s what they tell you every month when a new one shows up to supposedly treat your lawn for weeds! I usually have to call them back out three times after they come just to spay the weeds. Short of putting a sign with arrow pointing to each patch of weeds I don’t know what else to do.. I have been using Massey for over 6 years. I called today and asked to meet with a manager about my lawn. When he arrived all he wanted to do is argue about how all my neighbors are blaming Massey for there terrible looking lawns. I pointed out how nice my neighbors lawns were that didn’t use Massey. In just the past 2 months a few of my neighbors dropped there service. After the experience I had today I asked the manager to drop mine. Terrible service. I would appreciate if a DISTRICT MANAGER would call me.
They are responsible for pest control in our condominium, the service is horrible, in the same day you will see a lot of cockroaches

I had Massey assist with lawn treatment only for about 2 years (from 2022-2024). The entire time I was having to remind them to service my lawn instead of them just scheduling me appropriately and without my involvement. Until March 4th, 2024 when they didn't send anyone for nearly 3 months. I emailed them once again but this time asking somebody to call me about my lack of service and to see what they could do to correct the situation. Massey pest came out last Monday and sprayed the outside of my home for pests.......This whole week I have been inundated with fleas in the home! I have tried everything to get rid of them but apparently, they are super-fleas! I am sure that Massey drove them indoors with their spray which doesn't work at all!

I just purchased a home in Ocala Florida. Aug 15 2024 and had massey lawn service agreement signed and started service Sept 12. Five days later (9/16) I called the ocala fl. Office and notified them my grass was dead in the front and side yard. On 9/18 the GM came out to inspect and notified me they would start supplemental treatments. Been trying to get someone to call us for over a month. We pay for the monthly service for sometime now, and we have trees and shrubs dying all over the yard. John R. doesn't seem to care much about customer retention.
