I started working with Massey to keep my brand new sod looking good. In less than two years it has deteriorated into a mess filled with weeds and brown spots. Even worse, I couldn’t get anyone to respond to me when I tried to cancel. SAVE YOUR MONEY, SAVE YOUR LAWN - choose a different company.

Probably the WORST RUN COMPANY IVE EVER DEALT WITH!!! My parents used them for landscaping, irrigation and pest control. After they moved , I took over house, and they stopped showing up. I called ,TECHNICIAN NEVER CALLED BACK, NEVER SHOWED UP. Manager NEVER AVAILABLE, only answer service who is UNABLE TO CONNECT YOU TO ANYONE AND WHOM KNOWS NOTHING ABOUT THE SERVICES!!! We just moved to The Villages in Florida and sign up with Massey, they supposedly came out to fix my irrigation, not fixed! No one returns my calls! Probably will cancel!

Would not recommend. I had been using them and called to say I was going with another company. They still charged me via autopay before the expiration of the bond and when they didn’t even come out to inspect. When I called to get a refund, I was told they’d call me back. They didn’t. Well I worked for this company. This company is very very cheaply ran. Most of the equipment was trash and I spent more time working on equipment than I did doing services. They are very cheap when it comes to products being used. The management pushes their way of using the chemicals vs how they are supposed to be used according to the product label which is a major federal violation!!!
