Massey services bought out my local pest control company in Augusta Ga the first thing they did was a price increase. But the worse thing they do is not provide the service you pay for. I currently have termite service with Massey. My contract is up in October and they have yet to inspect under my house and it is now The end of May. One of your employees "Carlos" who said he is a Manager in New Smyrna Beach Florida, breached my front door unannounced in an attempt to harass, intimidate and threaten me for not continuing service. I Called the local office to complain but Carlos kept answering the phone and hanging up. Massey bought out my prior pest control company. Massey put on a good show at first, but their customer service declined. They started scheduling follow-up appointments on days I wasn't home and called to notify the day of the appt. The inside of my house stopped being treated and the one day I happened to be home for an appt I wasn't aware of, I had to call the technician to come back and treat the inside of my house. Paid year in advance. Took payment immediately out of account. Had worse pest problem after services, attempted to get refund initially told 2 weeks to process. I wrote down name and number of who I spoke to( was told he was general manager) 3 weeks later still no refund, told it takes up to 8 weeks to get money refunded, and person I spoke to doesn’t exist. Stay clear of Massey. Could do better by going to Lowe’s and taking care of things myself.
