Do a better job of communicating with your customers. Stop having multiple techs give conflicting information. And make sure your people actually do their job (care for the whole yard, not just the front yard where it's easy to get to)😡#masseysucks

Mosquito service was not great. Canceling the service was such a terrible experience that I never want to deal with them again. I recommend you pass on this company.

We used Massey for pest and Lawn services. I don’t have a complaint about the pest services received. However, I will never use or recommend there law service to anyone. Novembers treatment left scorched patches throughout our front and back yard. One part was so scorched from the granules that it has yet to grow back. Our home was a new build so we enrolled in an attempt to keep the lawn in great condition instead it’s now February and still dealing with the mess they caused. After signing up with Massey Services, Inc, I did a little research on other services. My main goal was to keep the termite bond that came with the property. I decided to go with pest control also. Then realized the pest control services are grossly overstated. Trying to get the refund back for paying the year in advance has been a nightmare. Ever since Massey Services acquired Peninsular in Jacksonville, FL the quality of the service for lawn maintenance has declined tremendously. First with technicians or office not calling ahead of time to advice of treatment visits, gates left open, and the most recent incident of showing up without notice and leaving no instructions for post treatment care. I just got a bill from Massey threatening to hurt my credit for payment due when service is rendered. NOBODY CAME TO SPRAY MY HOME FOR TWO QUARTERS NOW. This was the third time it happened and I've had enough! I'm not paying for service I did not get! This should be illegal! The last time this happened,the guy told me I was wrong. Massey Services is awful - I would never recommend them! I signed up for their lawn service. They never came out for the service, but are insisting I pay for it. I tried many times to contact them since March and a manager NEVER called me back. I have emails and call logs of my attempts and a manager has never contacted me, yet they are insisting that I pay for a service that never happened. How difficult should it be to have manager contact someone in an 8 month period?! Completely unprofessional. Do not trust them!!!
