Wouldn’t recommend. If they are petty enough to send their employees to post negative reviews on a smaller businesses page because they are a competitor. Do you really think they are going to do right by you as a customer?

As a general contractor I have to say this. For a national company to tolerate one of your employees giving a 1 star review on a smaller company (who is competing in the same area) is a disgusting unethical and downright dirty practice. This is an industry where there is plenty of work to be done by all and this will hinder growth, and isn’t that what this country is supposed to be about? They are prompt to sell you all the services that they provide, without proof that the household actually needs these services. The take advantage of the elderly that cannot verify they work they claim to have performed. I speak only of this location. I hope the other locations operate with more integrity. Kevin the GM, steer clear of this man who will sell you anything and everything whether you need it or not.👎

Charged my bank for a 2nd time unauthorized. Requested my card to be taken off file for the 3rd time now! Do not recommend, really frustrating

Beware of this company!! I have made several attempts to cancel an account after a contract was expired and this company has continued to charge me and have had to dispute & call multiple times talking to several supposed management people. They will lie and tell you that your good & promise that account is closed & disregard the bill that continues to get emailed. Just had to pay another bill for services that was NOT rendered. We have been longtime customers of Massey Services. For several weeks now we have made many calls for a supervisor to come assist us with some spots in our lawn and dead shrubs. However, no one will respond to us. It’s a shame that this company does not care about its loyal customers because they could easily remedy our issues and retain a customer. I have used Massey for years and have three services. Massey Greenup Landscape service used to leave a detailed report of services performed. For months now, I have received nothing. My yard is full of weeds and the back and sides look a mess. I just receive a bill without any explanation. This last month, I did not even receive a bill.
