I've used them for several years. called two weeks ago because of slots dying and the weeds are thriving with what they've been using. was told someone would be out last Thursday. no o e showed. Save yourself the money. Their services do nothing to improve your home. The pest control did nothing to keep the bugs away. They misdiagnosed termite feces, and continuously told us we were wrong. They misdiagnosed rat feces on our porch and told us it was geckos. Their sprinkler service just added extra things to the sprinklers that cost me more money. But they still never worked. Buyer beware! Terrible business practices. Cancelled my contract. They owe me a refund since September of 2023. We are now in January of 2024 and I still have not received my refund. after several attempts to collect.

I'm hoping this post may get someone's attention (higher up) as we have been a customer for years (lawn, pest and termite service) with Massey and I spend more time with them on the phone than they spend here at my home servicing it for what they are being paid to do. Massey, please look up my account and you will see all of the problems.
