Paid year in advance. Took payment immediately out of account. Had worse pest problem after services, attempted to get refund initially told 2 weeks to process. I wrote down name and number of who I spoke to( was told he was general manager) 3 weeks later still no refund, told it takes up to 8 weeks to get money refunded, and person I spoke to doesn’t exist. Stay clear of Massey. Could do better by going to Lowe’s and taking care of things myself.

I've used them for several years. called two weeks ago because of slots dying and the weeds are thriving with what they've been using. was told someone would be out last Thursday. no o e showed. Save yourself the money. Their services do nothing to improve your home. The pest control did nothing to keep the bugs away. They misdiagnosed termite feces, and continuously told us we were wrong. They misdiagnosed rat feces on our porch and told us it was geckos. Their sprinkler service just added extra things to the sprinklers that cost me more money. But they still never worked.
