I've been forced to use Massey by my insurance company for repairs on my home due to a previous Hurricane. They have missed several appointments, gone MIA for several months at a time, and still haven't completed the job. It has been over 5 months now with my insurance company constantly calling them with very little results. I wouldn't recommend anyone using them by choice. They just missed another appointment today.

Unethical behavior by my standards. They allowed another person who shouldn't have access to my account to change personal data including credit card and email information. The lady that I spoke to admitted that she helped the individual change the data and sounded as if she was justifying it when I asked her why.

I have been a happy customer of peninsula pest control for years until it was sold to Massey services and that is when everything went downhill. I have been lied to by managers, techs & office personnel ( with proof of emails & videos on our property to back this up) WE ARE DONE! My service was was scheduled the week of April 24, 2025. I have officially ended my service with Massey Services after a deeply disappointing experience. In 2020, I had them install Sentricon bait stations at my home. Since then, they've conducted annual "inspections," but not once have I seen evidence that each bait station was properly opened and examined as required. In fact, I have photographic evidence proving that many of the bait stations were never opened during these visits. Terrible customer service. Say they'll come out and then don't. This is their result after my "scheduled" service. Can't imagine what it would look like if they hadn't taken care of my yard. Avoid at all costs. Past service tech, Anthony H is gone. He did a great job. Which I could find him, if he went to a different company, and hire them!

I have issues with service and wonder if I am even getting services I paid for. Currently have weeds and chinch bug issues in my yard that shouldn't have occurred if yard was properly treated. Was told someone would stop by today to evaluate but no show no call. Have second property that just sold and wanted to stop services after closing. Massey stopped services the day after my call and cannot figure out what refund will be. My rep is great but is not supported by the organization - can't recommend and will not renew.

I have had Massey Services since this community was built in 2015. After COVID, thing started changing, They used to call me to let me know when they will come to check on the Irrigation System. Now they just showed up and if I was not there, they will check it out from outside. I had a contract with the Massey Services in Groveland, Florida. I hired Massey in 2022 to care for my new sod. Last spring they let it die and get infested with chinch bugs. Promised they’d fix it and it has gotten even worse. Now my HOA is demanding I resod for the second time in 3 years. So in addition to paying them over $2000 to kill my lawn, I now have to fork out a few thousand more to pay for new sod. Don’t waste your money - hire a different company!!!
