Would not recommend. I had been using them and called to say I was going with another company. They still charged me via autopay before the expiration of the bond and when they didn’t even come out to inspect. When I called to get a refund, I was told they’d call me back. They didn’t. Well I worked for this company. This company is very very cheaply ran. Most of the equipment was trash and I spent more time working on equipment than I did doing services. They are very cheap when it comes to products being used. The management pushes their way of using the chemicals vs how they are supposed to be used according to the product label which is a major federal violation!!! Massey services bought out my local pest control company in Augusta Ga the first thing they did was a price increase. But the worse thing they do is not provide the service you pay for. I currently have termite service with Massey. My contract is up in October and they have yet to inspect under my house and it is now The end of May. They are suppose to check bait stations every 4 months. And they do it once a year. Previous company did it every 3 months. One of your employees "Carlos" who said he is a Manager in New Smyrna Beach Florida, breached my front door unannounced in an attempt to harass, intimidate and threaten me for not continuing service. Massey bought out my prior pest control company. Massey put on a good show at first, but their customer service declined. They started scheduling follow-up appointments on days I wasn't home and called to notify the day of the appt. The inside of my house stopped being treated and the one day I happened to be home for an appt I wasn't aware of, I had to call the technician to come back and treat the inside of my house.
