Beware of this company!! I have made several attempts to cancel an account after a contract was expired and this company has continued to charge me and have had to dispute & call multiple times talking to several supposed management people. They will lie and tell you that your good & promise that account is closed & disregard the bill that continues to get emailed. Just had to pay another bill for services that was NOT rendered. We have been longtime customers of Massey Services. For several weeks now we have made many calls for a supervisor to come assist us with some spots in our lawn and dead shrubs. However, no one will respond to us. It’s a shame that this company does not care about its loyal customers because they could easily remedy our issues and retain a customer. I have used Massey for years and have three services. Massey Greenup Landscape service used to leave a detailed report of services performed. For months now, I have received nothing. My yard is full of weeds and the back and sides look a mess. I just receive a bill without any explanation. This last month, I did not even receive a bill.

I started working with Massey to keep my brand new sod looking good. In less than two years it has deteriorated into a mess filled with weeds and brown spots. Even worse, I couldn’t get anyone to respond to me when I tried to cancel. SAVE YOUR MONEY, SAVE YOUR LAWN - choose a different company.

Probably the WORST RUN COMPANY IVE EVER DEALT WITH!!! My parents used them for landscaping, irrigation and pest control. After they moved , I took over house, and they stopped showing up. I called ,TECHNICIAN NEVER CALLED BACK, NEVER SHOWED UP. Manager NEVER AVAILABLE, only answer service who is UNABLE TO CONNECT YOU TO ANYONE AND WHOM KNOWS NOTHING ABOUT THE SERVICES!!! We just moved to The Villages in Florida and sign up with Massey, they supposedly came out to fix my irrigation, not fixed! No one returns my calls! Probably will cancel!
