It's been quite a few months since I moved here. It's been a great experience so far. Location: I lived in Redmond before this and living next to 405 has been super convenient for me. I can walk to parks / restaurants / shopping malls in downtown Bellevue on a regular summer day. In winter I prefer driving in the rain and parking in Bellevue isn't much pain. The friendly staff and maintenance team are great here. I love the rooftop balcony and the recreational rooms for special events. Parking is easy. I utilize the gym nearly everyday which is has new equipment. I love it here :)

Great experience living here. Building is new, nice. Apartment was awesome - overlooking alive and highway. The best part of Metro 112 is the friendly staff. They helped out before, during and even after moving out. They were very friendly and also organized social events. Overall a great experience and if you're looking to live in Bellevue downtown, definitely consider Metro 112.
M112 is an excellent place to live. we stayed here for about half a year and loved it. The staff is very responsive and easy to deal with. The apartments are modern. The general facilities are great (small but nice gym, plenty of parking, beautiful rooftop deck with bbq grills, nice lounge). Parking spaces are a good size and I never had any problem finding parking. The place is decent with great staff. One warning side of facing east is the highway.You can hear police sirens every day and NIGHT since police station is across the building. I wish I could have stayed longer but they increased our rent by 20% after first year contract ended. Just be prepared to move else where before your contract is up.
This is a wonderful place to live! New, contemporary, clean, and well maintained. The best part of living here, however, is the staff! They are so caring and helpful, and they go above and beyond to exceed all your expectations. For instance, they once carried a package to the 12th floor for me because my hands were full. They are so responsive and proactive, and they truly care about their residents. They will do everything they can to ensure you are happy. I highly recommend this apartment community!
4 stars for overall experience. 5++ stars for management and maintenance team. They are the best in downtown Bellevue. Super responsive and friendly. Great communication. 1star for residence. Majority not friendly at all. Some tenants don't have pet etiquette; accidents in the hallway, and sometimes don't pick up their dog's poop. 4 stars for property mainly for its location. This apartment is beautiful, comfortable, convenient, and safe. The rooms were spacious and had lots of natural sunlight. Good, comfortable furniture, solid construction of all the furniture, floors, counters, and walls. Both the roof above the 13th floor and the courtyard in the center of the apartment building are really nice places to hang out, and the ever-burning fires are a nice touch.
